We had a lovely weekend at Walton on the Naze. The apartment is extremely clean, cosy and homely. The location is excellent, close to the beach and High Street.

Chrissy is such a thoughtful host and the property is just perfect - the private outdoor courtyard is a great place to chill. Loved it!

Staying here has been a true pleasure and brought me a sense of peace. This flat is a real gem - beautifully arranged and exceptionally well-appointed. It had everything I needed and more. The location is fantastic, the home is serene, and the host was fabulously thoughtful and considerate. I highly recommend this place!

This accommodation is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There are lots of lovely local walks and a couple of convenience stores and pubs within walking distance. There are lots location is peaceful with a nice outdoor courtyard garden. Occasionally footsteps can be heard from above the bedroom due to the accommodation being underneath part of the owner’s home.

We had a lovely, relaxing few days stay over the Easter break. Everything was exactly as described, in fact, even better than the photos. Lovely peaceful location, hosted extremely well, with everything you need in well thought out accommodation. Would definitely recommend.

Me and my partner, wanted a little peacefully and cozy getaway and this is exactly what we wanted and more, felt like right at home, very cozy and welcoming, would definitely recommend and would definitely come back in the future thank you Christina and the wine and biscuits went down a treat very kind of you, amazing stay and definitely a great peaceful retreat, and furry friends welcome too. beautiful cottage all in all it was just what we wanted and were looking for.

We stayed in Katie’s accommodation to celebrate my grandmothers 80th birthday. The accommodation is gorgeous and has everything you need. We really appreciated having an en-suite in every bedroom. Lots of entertaining rooms downstairs and beautiful large garden. Would highly recommend this accommodation for large family gatherings. Perfect for all ages. Thank you

This house is delightful, and I would strongly recommend it - it was everything and more. The bedrooms are charming, the kitchen is wonderful, the rooms are impressive, and the garden is superb. We had a wonderful time at the Farriers House. Adam was exceptionally quick and proactive to communicate. He stopped in to help us check in, and a made time for a quick chat on another day. The local produce gift basket was a very nice touch. The house is wonderfully set out, modern but keeping some of the original features. The back garden, a great spot for afternoon drinks or morning coffee/tea. It is well located near to Ipswich, Shotley and Pin Mill. We visited all 3, as well as Jimmy's Farm and the Suffolk Food Hall, both less than 5min away. The Boot is very convenient for a swift half and we had a nice family lunch on one of days there. All in all, a great stay!

Great location for attending a wedding at Villiers Barn. House is really well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Gemma was really responsive prior to our stay and provided lots of useful information re the local area, places to eat etc. The hot tub was a big hit with all of us, particularly our 5 year old grandson!

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

Such a charming apartment with everything you could possible need. Very peaceful setting , we had a wonderful break away. Would highly recommend.

It's a really beautiful flat. Everything is elegant and stylish as well as comfortable. Very clean and decorated to a very high standard. The only thing I missed was some hangers and a full size ironing board and iron - I wear dresses and like to be able to hang them up. A large chest of drawers is provided but not really suitable for dresses. Lovely little outdoor suntrap with table and chairs. Great shower too!
