Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Hartford County

This was our second stay at the Riverside Blues House and once again Liza did not disappoint! This is a great location, great view and the home is pristine and beautifully decorated. My son lives nearby and when we have a large group visiting the Riverside Blues House is our home away from home. Can't wait to stay there in the warm weather and take advantage of the Ferry!! Thanks Liza!

Caroline was a wonderful host. We felt very welcome and appreciated the breakfast food, milk, and juice. I would definitely stay there again.

Great peaceful place to enjoy.

We loved staying here ! The house is so adorable, easy parking, well maintained and clean. The house has everything you need to cook, hangout, work, and enjoy a few quiet moments. It is also close to some restaurants and a small food mart. When I first got to the house, I ran into a little issue with the smart lock not accepting the code and the Michael was super responsive!!! He made sure to let me in right away from his phone and then we were able to make sure the code worked for the rest of my stay. He also checked in thru my trip to make sure I was finding everything I needed at the house and if I needed any local suggestions, let him know, he’d be happy to help. Great host and a great house! Definitely will be staying here again when I’m in CT.

Nice clean house with large rooms in a convenient location.

One of the best AirBnB homes I've ever stayed in. Beautifully and creatively appointed. We felt right at home. Great resources for local activities and dining. Great selection of books to read. Chip was thoughtful and communicative. The kitchen had equipment that made it possible to cook! That's a real rarity. The number on the house is a little difficult to see on busy Route 44. Other than that, a 10+ out of 10. We're going back for sure.

Wonderful place for our family to spend the weekend while we attended our daughter's graduation a half hour away in MA. Clean, comfortable, spacious and charming in a quiet neighborhood. Auria provided clear instructions, check in was a breeze, and she was extremely proactive and helpful. She responded immediately to questions and was always cheerful and polite. One of the best Airbnb experiences we have had so far. I can not recommend this highly enough.

We had the best weekend at Drene’s house! We came to visit our new grandson and see our kids. The Kitchen was completely stocked with anything we could need which is not common these days and very appreciated. There were plenty of towels and hand soap not to mention extra kind offerings for guests. The beds were so comfortable with no shortage of pillows. Our 8 year old grand daughter had a dance party under the chandelier and played with the girl next door on the huge lawn. Well had no issues and the check out/ clean up request was completely easy and reasonable. Thank you so much!

Second stay at this place. Love the location as it is convenient to my family, walking, and eating out. We actually used the kitchen to cook this time. Nice layout, reasonably well equipped. Not a fan of Keurig so really appreciated the pour-over holder and filters.

Good apartment, very neat and nice roomy space for a couple and teenage kid or 3rd adult. We slept well so that means good energy in my book.

Radim's place is cozy, peaceful and spacious! The apartment overlooks and has access to a beautiful backyard area with a spot for the morning coffee. Radim is a helpful, friendly, and easy-going host. We had a lovely time and would recommend his place two thumbs up!

Very nice place and location is amazing. We were grateful that our host provide some basic amenities - coffee, shampoo and condtuoner, etc. Made our visit easy and very pleasant. Thank you!

Viktoriyas place was soooo cute! I wish I was staying longer but it was a last minute booking close to the airport. Would definitely stay again.

The location was great and a nice place to walk. Lots of stuff to see and do that’s not far away. We would come again.

Sheryl was great. I was in town for a conference and my schedule got thrown off by traffic on 95. She was very understanding and flexible with making my arrival time work. Once we met to get keys and a quick tour of the place she remained a phone call away but otherwise left us to enjoy the space. The other inhabitants of the place were very laid back and nice - that being said I was so busy with a conference that I was barely around. Not the Ritz but a HUGE savings over staying at any hotel downtown even if it's not right downtown. Splurge on some cabs and you are still saving money.

Elizabeth's place was extremely well appointed. Nice towels and sheets, and comfortable sofa/chairs. Kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom has a nice big tub, and her decorations are very nice. Definitely has a woman's touch!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb. It was comfortable clean and had all the comforts of Home Muna was a wonderful host. Very accommodating and efficient. if I had to stay in this area again, I would certainly look to stay here
