Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There is a beautiful river on property where you can swim safely, fish and float down. Only 2-3 feet deep so fun for kids. Fire pit, lighted gazebo and lots of wildlife-nothing better than waking up to see deer in the orchard, hear the peeper frogs at night or watch birds making their nests. There is a shelter near the river with a campfire to enjoy. Located at the end of dead end road so safe for kids to play or ride bikes.

Charming little 2 bedroom home in a convenient part of town. A small shopping plaza with banks close by. You will have use of the house . At times I may need to stop by for mail pick up and to do laundry in the basement that I would enter through back door. Due to gps mixups and you need a location of where the location is, put in 970 St James Ave, Springfield, MA 01104. It's about 8 minutes away from this location. Check-In time is at 3pm and Check-Out time is at 11am.
