Cozy and comfortable apartment in a cultural neighborhood!

The house is in a quiet and culturally protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge, but costs SEK 2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed. The yard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Warm welcome to pleasant Ekeby, a smaller town located in northwest Skåne. Here, about 3,500 people live in mixed ages, mainly in villas but also in some apartments and farms. One of Sweden's largest privately owned furniture stores is also located here, along with a restaurant serving lunch, sandwiches, and pastries. There is also a health center here.

There is outdoor furniture and the possibility to barbecue. There is also an electric car charger that can be borrowed for a fee. Five minutes' walking distance to both store and pizzeria. 7 minutes from the E6 highway. About 10 km to the nearest city, Landskrona, where there are nice swimming areas, shopping and much more.
