There are 2 floors and a basement (there is a laundry room, sink and toilet. 4 bedrooms, kitchen, large dining room and large living room, TV in 3 bedrooms. Fully equipped. Close to bus stop that takes you to Gothenburg in 15-20 minutes. 10-minute bike path to the beach. Walking paths. Terrace of about 50 square meters (expanded since pictures were taken). There are soccer goals. Close to grocery store, 10-15 minutes to Liseberg by car. Great place to stay at Gothia Cup. 6 beds but can sleep more on the sofa which is large. Pets ok.

Golf and large shopping center within 5 minutes. The accommodation is suitable for families, couples or friends. Electric vehicle charging is available (extra cost will be added).

YOU WILL ARRIVE TO FRESHLY-MADE BEDS WITH TOWELS. So you don't need to bring bed linens. There are toilet paper, coffee filters, hand dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Firewood is available so that it is enough for the first day, and as an extra luxury there is a canoe and a rowboat ALL THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT. Fishing is allowed with a fishing license that you buy on Ifiske search on fishing-ningsjoarna-oxsjon. But fishing for children up to 14 years is FREE. CLEANING is done by the guest, but you can buy cleaning for SEK 3000
