We were delighted with this. Growing up in the Detroit suburbs, it felt like home. It had everything we could possibly need. One reviewer had noted the beds were hard, and I found it so on the first night, but was used to it on the second. The location was good for us, near many brother in law and closer to the interstate. Andrea had a notebook which included everything we needed to know. Thank you, Andrea!

Let me just say this place is the spot to check out, My fiance and I wanted to celebrate our anniversary and I'm glad we chose this place. From the BEAUTIFUL shower to the cozy backyard it was so worth it and we will definitely be booking with Greg again. He was very quick to reply when we had questions and very descriptive with the check in instructions, we had a wonderful time and will surely be back!!

This two bedroom apartment is great - especially on the east side and within the Pointes! It is clean and cozy and had just what we needed. It was nice to have our own parking spot, too! A really nice bonus is the market across the street. Had everything we needed including a small, fresh buffet of grab and go yumminess. Their rottiserie chicken was also delicious. We lived in this area many years ago and it was nice to be back. The apartment is super convenient to the city and there are many great local restaurants and bars within each of the Pointes. The drive along the shoreline of Lake St Clair is lovely. We had a relaxing stay and everything worked as it should.

We had a great stay while in town visiting family! Jessica was very nice and helpful throughout our visit. The house was clean, well-stocked, and conveniently located near food, local attractions, and our relatives. The yard was perfect for our fur baby to enjoy. My family and I had the most wonderful time. The home was clean and very comfy. There are so many things to do there on the island and surrounding areas. The locals on the island are so warm hearted and helpful. The view is priceless. I found myself just wanting to look out the windows. Can’t say enough about the beautiful water. Husband had a guided fishing tour and fell in love with this lake. Wished it wasn’t so cold, is a perfect place to consider retiring to. Thank you again Alice for all of your help. We extended our stay from 4 to 6 weeks, because it was so nice. Even though, this was a business trip, we enjoyed the friendly and private neighbourhood. The Great Lakes Crossing Outlet is just a few minutes away. So are some grocery stores, home depo, top golf, FedEx, and smaller businesses. Restaurants are also just around the corner and if you want to take a walk, there are plenty options. The place itself was spotless clean, has HUGE bathrooms and three very comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed and we used it a lot. The neighbours are super friendly and waved every time we drove by. It was super quite and cosy. I would definitely recommend this place and will try to stay here again next time. Thanks for having us!

The Urban Cottage was a lovely get away for my husband, myself and our pup! The outdoor area is very spacious with areas for our dog to run loose! She loved it in the back open field area! We were introduced to the space and given keys by Steve. He was nice and informative. It is not self check in so you will tell them it ETA. Sarah was nice via messaging as well. You felt immediately comfortable! The space has a fun vibe and I enjoyed journaling and drinking tea out by the creek at the outdoor table. I found the cemetery very nice behind the property, there were people who use the trail back there, we didn’t explore it ourselves. The shower was small but nice and had shampoo, conditioner and soap. Everything was very clean. The Keurig was an added bonus and there were a lot of plates, bowls, utensils and cups! The bed was very comfy and the comforter was really warm! We had a great sleep! The photos are all accurate and it is decorated beautifully. Thank you for a wonderful stay! A+!

This was our second stay at the house, and it again did not disappoint! Excellent, comfortable, lovely, squeaky-clean house will all the amenities, and Brian is a superb host. It snowed and they had a crew out before we left in the morning to clear the driveway. All four of us commented on how nice the house was, and we all slept well. They go above and beyond, and I would book again without reservation if this home is available!

Alysha’s home was exactly as described. The home was very clean with all of the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable and convenient. The kitchen has every appliance/utensil you need to make meals along with a dishwasher to save time with cleanup. The bedrooms are spacious and the living room had comfortable couches with a large TV. We enjoyed the fireplace on those cold nights for hanging out on the couch watching movies! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Michigan, and would highly recommend this Host/Home to others looking for a place to stay!!!

Shannon’s unit was perfect for our family holiday visit. Nicole responded quickly after I had to leave a disgusting air BNB in the area. We were two adults and a toddler staying for 5-6 weeks. Her and her husband just took over management of this BNB and are very responsive and proactive on the management issues and maintenance. They got me a portable crib, high chair and some baby gates. They left us drop stuff off early because it was available. They had boot bins shipped for us to use to help keep the floors clean, and other items as needed. The place was one of the cleanest I've been in. It is less than a block from a very busy street, and while noise might be a concern in the summer it wasn't too bad in February-March. We had only 1 car and there are many playgrounds in parks within a 1 mile walk from the house. It's not fancy but clean and simple. The dog was welcome but the yard is not fenced all the way around. Just what we needed. If I had a BNB I would definitely want Nicole to manage it.
