Monthly Rentals in Harlem River

I stayed in Michael's wonderful apartment for nearly a month. It is a pristine, lovingly cared for home, and I felt so lucky to be able to share this space. Thank you to Michael for all the kindness and hospitality. I had lived in New York for seven years and so I know the city well; it was a gift to be back.

My roommate and I stayed at Seana's place for around 2 and a half months this summer! Super great location near 149th/Grand Concourse which makes it easy to get around the city. Very tidy apartment with a laundromat around a 9 minute walk away. Seana and her team are super communicative and always had answers to our questions when they arose. Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing stay! I stayed here for a musical theater gig I had for 2 months. I was allowed to sing and practice at the house and felt super comfortable during my stay. It was abt 40 minutes from midtown where I was working and the nearest train/bus station is literally right around the corner from the house. Transportation is SUPER accessible and easy. I loved that the washer and dryer is in unit. Maria is very nice 😊💛
