Monthly Rentals in Harlem River

It was a great stay, all according to the photos available, nearby subway station, I felt very comfortable in the apartment, super-equipped and new kitchen, really great for long stay. Ample apartment, comfortable I'll definitely stay there when I return to New York

I had a delightful stay. The room really is spacious! Kathy and Chip were immensely helpful. The apartment is clean and tastefully decorated. The view from the room is amazing. The building and neighborhood feel safe. Much recommended.

Great value for the price! Ty was really communicative and flexible with us. The place was really comfortable and convenient, lots of places around and only 10 minutes away from de 167th St Station. Loved the bed and appliances. Would definitely book again.

Carla was a fantastic host. She was super responsive every step of the way and very accommodating when I had to move in a bit early. Likewise, when there were issues, Carla always quickly offered solutions or alternatives. It made for a fantastic stay in NYC.
