Monthly Rentals in Harlem

I had a wonderful stay at Pet’s place where I resided for 3 months. The huge 1-bedroom apartment is gorgeous - 12 ft. ceilings and original crown molding in a turn of the century classic building in Harlem! Pet keeps the place in immaculate condition, with spotless hardwood floors, exceptionally clean kitchen and bathroom, and a light airy ambiance throughout. He was responsive and eagerly accommodating. I had a wonderful stay!

This place had an even better location than I had expected; literarily everything was in waking distance; restaurants, jazz bars, Central Park, a gym, and the metro. One evening there was even a block party right in front of the building. Despite the urban location this area is nice and quiet, and the apartment has a really nice design. Dennis and his assistant were always friendly and quick to respond, and when the washing machine broke he let me use the one in his apartment! He also provided useful tips on where to go for good food. I had a really wonderful stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again for a longer period.

As I said before, a home away from home. I had to extend my stay while looking for a permanent place. I was more than comfortable and happy at Tulsi’s. I was truly spoiled. The amenities, the comfort, the coziness and cleanliness. Like a beautiful hotel room and I love hotel stays.

Great apartment for a long stay for a single person. Efficient use of space. Fast internet for work. Room was a bit dusty and had some minor maintenance issues that I was able to resolve. What sounded like the building's heating unit, on the roof just above this apartment, could get pretty loud (winter). Recommend headphones or earplugs.
