This was such a nice place, it was walking distance to the Bryce resort, and had so much room for all my guests. I did think it is odd that check out includes making sure the garbage was taken out, the sheets were completely off the bed and set next to the door, and putting all towels in the bathtub. It’s weird especially since I pay for a cleaning fee service when booking which I would assume shouldn’t make me do all these things.

We booked Sushmitas place on less than 24 hour notice for a sat-tues stay. When I say she not only accommodated, but went above and beyond to make sure we immediately felt welcomed. She was responsive to all of my questions. Additionally, the value for the price was incredible. Between the in home sauna and the amenities at Chalet High, it's well worth it. Also, she's the most pet friendly host I've ever worked with. We will absolutely return for skiing and summer activities. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful snowy weekend getaway with our dog in The Acorn! The views were so pretty with all the snow - we loved watching it out the big bed window. We were also pleasantly surprised they came to plow the big hill which allowed us to be able to leave with no issues. We enjoyed the sauna and games on site too. Much needed weekend away, highly recommend!

This place was wonderful! I was not able to use the full amenities (sauna) but even though it was not used, I still had a wonderful time. It was super close to Bryce Resort (6 minutes away) and our primary reason for staying at the location. It fit our budget and the cleanliness of the place was spot on. I have nothing bad to say about it!

Perfect for what we needed for our 1 year anniversary. We drove up and hiked Shenandoah NP on the way in. We burnt ourselves out so we enjoyed the whirlpool. It was a cozy stay and wish we would have booked one more night! We also brought our dual sports and had a beautiful, scenic ride through the area around.
