Greenacre is a spacious, 3 bedroomed bungalow on the outskirts of Dyke with countryside views to the market town of Bourne. The Wishing Well Inn is just a couple of minutes walk away and offers a friendly welcome and good food. Bourne can be reached on foot in 35 minutes & offers a variety of pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets as well as a leisure centre. Local attractions include the historic town of Stamford, Burghley House, Rutland Water, Belvior Castle, Grimsthorpe Castle and more!

Self contained flat in idyllic country setting.

My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

This self contained, open plan studio sleeps 2 in either 2 single or 1 kingsize bed(s). As a matter of course, the bed is always made up as super king size, so if you would prefer singles please request at time of booking. There is a separate shower room and small kitchen area with small fridge, mini oven and hob. The Studio has an A shape ceiling so please make yourself aware of this and avoid banging your head. Situated in a delightful countryside setting between Stamford and Grantham.

The Barn is set in the courtyard of our 15th century House and within the backdrop of Bourne Abbey Church built in 1134. Stylish interior and lighting allows you to embrace the privacy and tranquility of the Barn and its unique character. White Company Egyptian Linen and towels, and luxury bath products ensure you can relax and wind down at the end of the day. It is a 5 minutes drive to the market town of Bourne and 25 minutes from the stunning Georgian town of Stamford. It is also an ideal base to see the rest of the UK, being situated in the heart of England.
