The vacation apartment is located on the sloping floor of our residential building (separate entrance) in a quiet residential area in Pelzerhaken. The beach, bakery, supermarket and bus stop are within walking distance (about 300 m). The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a large double bed, a bathroom with shower and a south-facing terrace.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

You’ll find charming cafés, inviting restaurants, and a variety of shops nearby. A bakery is located directly across from the apartments. Only a 10-minute walk away is a beach bar right on Haffkrug’s sandy shore. A great place for couples, families & friends who love a high-quality and cozy interior.

Mare Baltica: Arrive, breathe deeply and relax

Spacious, bright, and quiet 2-room apartment (48 sqm) with all the comforts for a few relaxing days by the sea. It's a five minute walk to the beach through the private park. The large balcony (24 sqm) facing southwest gets sunlight from noon until evening and is perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a leisurely breakfast or dinner. The apartment has a private parking space for the car. Swimming pool and tennis court can be used for a small fee.
