This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We offer you an apartment on the territory of Heverlee. If you look through the large windows, you have a view of Kessel-lo and park Belle-Vue, to the left you can walk happily into Leuven. The spacious apartment for 2 people is located 500m from the station via park Belle-Vue where it is nice to walk or cycle. A safe garage space 150 m away is also available for storing the car and bicycles. A top accommodation location for those who want to taste the atmosphere and coziness of Leuven.

Cette maison de vacances est prévue pour 4 à 5 personnes avec terrasse en pavé, jardin, meubles de jardin et parking privatif, ainsi qu'un abri couvert pour poussettes et vélos. Bien qu'amis des ANIMAUX, nous ne les autorisons PAS à l'intérieur du gîte. Nous souhaitons également que ce gîte reste un espace NON-FUMEUR.
