This unique, amazing house is built in the 18th century but has been renovated extensively over the years where old charm meets new. The house is state-of-the-art with good facilities and heating systems. Well insulated. The living room with kitchen and living room measures 4 meters in ceiling height and has a fireplace and a large glass section that provides a fantastic view of the pool and the sea. There are several patio decks on the property totaling 300 sqm. The surroundings are beautiful with sea, rich wildlife and lots of forest as well as 15 minutes walking distance to the sea tavern.

Unique timber cabin from 1968 at a nice height among pines and proximity to lake and sea. Perfect for a weekend relaxation if you want to get away from the big city. Simple but charming standard. Living room with dining area and sofa bed, kitchenette, two bedrooms (160 +110bed+ upper bed). Bathroom, (toilet & shower) is accessed by a door from the balcony. Enjoy walking in the beautiful environment, go swimming or just relax on the terrace. Barbecue, play records or light a fire in the stove on colder days. Close proximity to bus stop. Welcome!

Sea and forest adventure - neighbor to nature reserve

Find peace and meet the adventure in this newly built wooden house about 1.5 hours from Stockholm City. The house exudes a love of nature and is located on a quiet island in the Stockholm Archipelago, which is mostly made up of nature reserves. There are no cars or noises here but only wild berries and wild life. Close to the sea, your own jetty (see picture) is about 100 meters from the house. Access to a wood-burning stove, wood-fired sauna, 2 sea kayaks (K1), and 4 bicycles (all included in the rental price).

Within a five-minute walk, there is a grocery store, restaurants and a bus stop that takes you to Gullmarsplan in 20 minutes. In the cottage there is Wifi, board games, fully equipped kitchen, free parking (with access to electricity), patio with barbecue. However, no TV. Cottage on a quiet, small island (Kajaks for rent)

Stuga vid havet på liten ö i genuin skärgårdsmiljö. 1 tim. från Stockholm City Matplats och bädd för 2 personer (madrass finns om ni är fler), öppen spis, pentry med liten ugn, liten kyl med frysfack. Bastuhus med dusch och mulltoa. En härlig utsikt över Horsfjärden. Grill samt roddbåt vid egen brygga. Två kajaker finns att hyra för 400kr/st/dygn. Ön angörs av oss som hämtar med egen båt från Mickrumsbrygga på Muskö. En båtfärd på ca.5 min. Det finns ingen affär på ön. Lakan och handdukar ingår.

House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new house next door. Possible with up to 6 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 4 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

Free seasonal bike rentals make it easy to reach nearby shops (11 min by bike) or the Gudö å with canoe rentals. A pleasant 20 min walk to the bus stop.
