Our tiny house is well located in a quiet residential area and offers a detached accommodation for one to four people. Located on our plot, the cottage has its own small terrace and is screened off from the apartment building. Close to a walking trail in the woods. 10 min walking distance to the nearest store. 10 minutes by car to the nearest swimming area by the sea. 5 min to bus connection to the train station or 15 min walking distance. From there it takes 25 min to downtown Gothenburg. We speak Swedish, German and English.

You live in your own apartment which is located on top of a double garage. There is a small kitchenette with two hobs, where you can boil eggs or pasta, an air fryer, a fridge with a small freezer compartment, microwave, bathroom with a heated floor, shower and a washing machine and the apartment also has its own patio. Free Wi-Fi and free parking included.

Hot tub and sauna, there is access to all year round, of course heated. This is also a place perfect for "workation", here you can work in peace and quiet with fast wifi.
