She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

A great place where each apartment is able to be secured, we rented all 4 apartments and bonus of having the pool on the rooftop. Amazing to have local Markets around the corner and plenty of restaurants. Shame our flight was delayed 6 hours so did not get to spend much time there.

I had a great stay at this place! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to many popular tourist spots, which made getting around really easy. The apartment was clean and looked exactly as described in the listing, which I really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the TV had some issues staying connected to the internet, which made it hard to use YouTube, and the blankets in each room were quite thin — they felt more like bed sheets than actual blankets. It would be great if thicker blankets were provided for more comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area!

This is a great house for a big family. It is in a great locality, within walking distance of the night market, shoe market, Hoan Kiem lake and all the great places in Hanoi. The hosts are extremely friendly , proactive and helpful. They let us rest and keep our bags before check in time and also offered us to stay at a larger property of theirs to accommodate our request for a late check out. Thanks to the entire team - Mr. Nam, Ms. Phuong, Mr. Huy and the entire team for making out stay so comfortable and for being so helpful. All the best to the entire team.

Highly recommend staying here! Lots of amazing spots to visit in hanoi within a 20 minute walk. Prime location for food, cultural spots :) Place was clean with plenty of space to sleep.

We returned to stay in Huong’s place the second time. The place was very nice. All information was shared before hand. The hosts made extra efforts to book all our travel needs as well and sent very nice cars and drivers that we paid for. This will be our place to stay if we are back in Hanoi next year.

Tuan was a wonderful host! The team was very responsive and gave local recommendations. They were also very accommodating. The location is prime in old quarters without being too noisy/close to bar street. It's across from a coffee shop which was a nice way to start the day. The place itself was charming and we felt cool even in June. Would definitely stay again!

Dieu was always quick to tell me about recommended shops and how to shop, and my first stay in Hanoi was very comfortable.Also, on the last day, I was able to leave my luggage until the evening, which was very helpful.I am convinced that everyone is writing great reviews.The price is very reasonable.Thank you very much.

We are a large group—five couples—and we're glad to see that this place can accommodate us. It has everything we need, including individual rooms for each couple, allowing us to have privacy and rest. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, water heaters, clean bedding, and working Wi-Fi. There’s also a folder with restaurant recommendations in the living room. The location of the listing is convenient and easily accessible, making it simple to visit various places. It also provides just the right amount of privacy. Tuan was very responsive; even at 2:00 AM, Tuan tried to reply to us, and there was no language barrier. Tuan accommodated every urgent request we had—transportation, flat irons, hair dryers, etc. We appreciate the hospitality shown to us and only wish we could have met in person. This place and Tuan made our travel experience easy and memorable.

Wonderful host! Provided updates for their airport shuttle service to and fro whilst helping us to communicate with the drivers. Even checked in on us when there was a power outage at another part of Hanoi! All in all, a great time spent in Hanoi thanks you Jacee and her amazing accommodation.

The apartment is suitable for families, small, Hanoi style. I was taken care of by the HOA, and quick response. I will come back again

The house is cozy and located in a super convenient area — surrounded by lots of local eateries, so you’ll never go hungry! Getting around is easy, too. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, even gave us some amazing food recommendations (which turned out to be spot on!). It honestly felt like staying at a friend’s place. Facilities were great and everything was clean and functional. Just a heads-up: there’s no bathroom on the ground floor, so you’ll need to go upstairs to use it. Not a big deal, but worth noting. Perfect for travelers who want a relaxed, local experience in Hanoi with all the essentials. Would definitely recommend! 🌿☕🇻🇳

Tuan is a great host and always helped us out when we needed. The house was tidy and the beds were comfy. Please note that there are lots of stairs to the top bedrooms. Not the most beautiful setting (up an alleyway) but everything was safe and secure in a decent location.

I have traveled to almost 17 different countries and this is the best value for money deal that I've ever found in my life and such an amazing place such a beautiful place right in front of the lake surrounded with greenery amazing garden amazing place super clean everything was amazing but if you're scared of lizards there were a few because of the garden iotherwise the place was super amazing I don't know if I could be able to find a better place for such price in my life. And the host was super responsive, very cooperative. She let us check in three hours early, and everything was amazing.

This place was more than amazing Lan the host was the sweetest lady I’ve ever met, she left water in the fridge cleaned my clothes for me and the room was spotless. Air conditioner worked perfectly and there was a fan too plenty of space to leave clothes, there was soap and everything you need to cook a nice meal. If this place was priced at £100 I would pay it. Couldn’t have asked for more and the next time I’m in Hanoi I will make sure to stay here.
