She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

A great place where each apartment is able to be secured, we rented all 4 apartments and bonus of having the pool on the rooftop. Amazing to have local Markets around the corner and plenty of restaurants. Shame our flight was delayed 6 hours so did not get to spend much time there.

The place isn't very big and not super easy to find but it's a lovely apartment in a very central location. Easy to get to, lots of restaurants, sights and things to do around. The street noise is less than expected and the apartment is very clean. Communication was absolutely spectacular, questions have always been answered almost immediately. Definitely recommended!

Location was nice, felt safe in the neighborhood. Fits 7 comfortably with bathrooms on each floor. I would book it again!

We returned to stay in Huong’s place the second time. The place was very nice. All information was shared before hand. The hosts made extra efforts to book all our travel needs as well and sent very nice cars and drivers that we paid for. This will be our place to stay if we are back in Hanoi next year.

Highly recommend staying here! Lots of amazing spots to visit in hanoi within a 20 minute walk. Prime location for food, cultural spots :) Place was clean with plenty of space to sleep.

Dieu was always quick to tell me about recommended shops and how to shop, and my first stay in Hanoi was very comfortable.Also, on the last day, I was able to leave my luggage until the evening, which was very helpful.I am convinced that everyone is writing great reviews.The price is very reasonable.Thank you very much.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was not too far from the heart of old quarter but far enough away that it doesn't feel too busy or overcrowded. There's some really good juices around the place and was super easy to get grab bikes around here.

I had a great stay at this place! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to many popular tourist spots, which made getting around really easy. The apartment was clean and looked exactly as described in the listing, which I really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the TV had some issues staying connected to the internet, which made it hard to use YouTube, and the blankets in each room were quite thin — they felt more like bed sheets than actual blankets. It would be great if thicker blankets were provided for more comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area!

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

This house is great for experiencing the atmosphere in Hanoi. Culture in Hanoi. The toilet is like the culture of Hanoi the ones I have stayed in, small but just enough to use. The house is very comfortable, fully equipment. Clean and very quiet, safe home I found everything fine, should go back, I also see other 3* reviews, but in reality it's better than I do. Host was very quick to respond and helpful

This is a great house for a big family. It is in a great locality, within walking distance of the night market, shoe market, Hoan Kiem lake and all the great places in Hanoi. The hosts are extremely friendly , proactive and helpful. They let us rest and keep our bags before check in time and also offered us to stay at a larger property of theirs to accommodate our request for a late check out. Thanks to the entire team - Mr. Nam, Ms. Phuong, Mr. Huy and the entire team for making out stay so comfortable and for being so helpful. All the best to the entire team.

The place was great. It is in the main area, and the house looked very clean. The street is busy and we have many shops and restaurants outside. The amenities were correctly described. The host was super responsive. She let us check-in early which was very much helpful. She's very kind and attended to all our needs. Overall, a great experience ❣️

I have traveled to almost 17 different countries and this is the best value for money deal that I've ever found in my life and such an amazing place such a beautiful place right in front of the lake surrounded with greenery amazing garden amazing place super clean everything was amazing but if you're scared of lizards there were a few because of the garden iotherwise the place was super amazing I don't know if I could be able to find a better place for such price in my life. And the host was super responsive, very cooperative. She let us check in three hours early, and everything was amazing.

The place is in the heart of Hano, old quarters. All the best food places, market and train street are in walking distance. Host is very kind and helps in every way possible.
