Cabin vacation rentals in Hang Dong District

First off, this place is totally legit as there aren't many reviews yet. A beautiful, serene, natural, architectural destination. Just filled with breath-taking moments large and small. Lalita was a great host as she was unbelievably responsive. She provided candles and tea when I had asked in advance of arrival and made it a truly special stay over Valentine's weekend.

Dave and his family are really helpful and fun people to be around with! Late in the evening of arrival and departure Dave helped me a lot, took a lot of time to oder suggestions for every intersting place to visit. He cleans each Sunday. Its very quiet and with a motorcycle or bolt you are in 10 minutes in town. Great Location with full of nature and small shops and restaurants close by. Thank you! I’ll come around next year again :)

I've stayed at several long-term/monthly Airbnb and home stays, but Carolyn's place stands out. I immediately felt "at home", like I was visiting family or old friends. Carolyn warmly welcomed me, gave me a quick tour of the unit and grounds, and made sure I had everything I needed. The accommodations are accurately portrayed in the description and images on the listing, very comfortable and most important to me private. I felt like I could interact with my neighbors when I felt like more social, or be alone on my porch for a quiet evening. It's an ideal set up. Onsite there is laundry, hanging racks for drying or a dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, water availability, and also they rent scooters on-site. If you're looking for a local experience that's still very close to all the tourist attractions of Old Town and other spots in Chiang Mai, then Carolyn's place it a great fit. I'll be back!

Nicht nur entsprach das Haus genau den Beschreibungen, vor allem gefiel uns die entschleunigende Umgebung und der Charme des Viertels, was unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich machte! Jee-G's place is a truly unique stay. incredibly beautiful, tucked away at the back of a historic royal restaurant and boutique inn. The restaurant is simple but incredible high quality- the staff are amazing. We stayed with our toddler and was at first a bit intimidated by insects and mosquitoes- since half the place is open and upstairs has cracks for critters to come in - we are new to Thailand. But there were no mosquitoes inside (April) and we quickly learned about the different insects and things. Easy, relaxing, amazing ambiance at night! Close to the zoo and the jungle and mountains - best to have own transport but we got around with taxi. Very upscale cafe down the road with incredible dessert and primo air-conditioner (Jee-Gs place can be a little hot during full heat in the day).

The host's is very beautiful and elegant and will do everything she can to help the tenant with her problems.

Nick’s beautiful property is the perfect getaway spot. The house is stocked with anything you will need and there are many toilets. The decking area looks over an incredibly beautiful view and is a great place to just look at the stars and the ridge lines of the incredible rolling mountains. There was also a BBQ with coals which we could’ve used, however we did not visit Makro beforehand so we just ate at a nice restaurant 4 mins drive away. I would recommend you to have your own means of transport to get here. The road up to the property is very steep and there aren’t many options for taxis. We had bikes which were perfect, and cars can get up and down the road too. Incredible place, great value, responsive host and a view you’ll never forget - couldn’t recommend more.

Basic cabin stay - no frills, nice porch area though in a quieter part of town. Groundskeeper was very friendly and helped move our luggage upstairs. Host was very responsive, kind, and accommodating during our stay. If you want a laid back room away from the crowds of old town, stay here! Plus, there’s a good Korean fried chicken place right across the street, and a 7-Eleven right down the road.
