Vacation rentals with lake access in Hàng Bài

It was nice, convenient, and friendly.

Finding the place, especially at night, was a little tricky, but we had been sent very detailed instructions, and a kind neighbor also showed us where to go. When we arrived, Minh, the son, walked us through everything we needed to know about our place. He was very friendly and helpful when we had questions, not only during check-in, but throughout our stay. If he didn't know the answer, he looked into it for us. Very spacious and perfect for what we needed during our brief time in Hanoi. We definitely recommend!

Good place to stay!

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

It’s such a great accommodation in Hanoi. I really enjoy the nice view of museum with a line of greenery especially in the early morning. Ms. Cam Tu and her staff is so kind and friendly. Together with a cozy interior design, I really feel like it’s home for me. Latte in the coffee shop downstairs is highly recommended. I almost drank it everyday when I was there.

Lovely place:) Good location, quiet and peace, and a lot of things to do around this area. Ha is so kind and responsible everytime. A cleaner comes once a week so the house is clean as it's described. I really like staying in this house and wanna come back again. Thanks a lot!

I think the reason for traveling is to meet something new. My friends and I were able to have a pleasant trip thanks to the excellent three-story accommodation and the friendly host. In particular, I don't think I can overstate the kindness of the host. When I was injured by fire, he asked me about various factors and reassured me. It was an unforgettable memory for me to talk in the living room with my friends who came on a trip together at dawn. I'd love to visit this place again someday. I don't know when that day will be, but if that day comes, I'll be able😆 to check in more efficiently. Thank you.

Son is a very responsive and helpful host. He let me check in a bit earlier and helped me with my luggage. He also had great recommendations for food spots and what to do in Hanoi. If we ever come back we will definetly stay there again !!!

We were welcomed in-person and shown around the place. There were welcome fruits arranged . When we faced an issue with Bathroom , Quoc was ready to come even at 10:30 in the night and when I said it’s ok to attend next day , they came promptly in the morning and fixed it. They were also present to see us off at 12:30 in the night when we checked out . The house is very nice and matches exactly as in the photos . It is a very well decorated house and comfortable for family of upto 6 .

The Host is very responsive and can resolve any issues in a timely manner.The location of the house is very good, it is easy to go to popular attractions, it is a good choice for traveling.

I really liked the property and it was well maintained. The location is little out skirt especially if you want to roam around in the night but it’s perfect and peaceful. It was very spacious too. Would love to come again and stay here.

A great place to stay! It’s small, but has everything you need; it’s really clean and tidy, and seems new. The shower is good and the air con works great and is quiet. There is a balcony onto the main street, and the window is very good at keeping out the noise!! Duc was a pleasure to communicate with, always helpful and ready with suggestions! We really would have loved to stay longer, and we will definitely revisit Duc when we come back to Hanoi! 🙏

I booked this studio last minute and couldn’t have been happier with the stay. The space is just as lovely as the photos, bright, peaceful, and beautifully designed with Japandi charm. It’s perfect for relaxing or working remotely, and the location near West Lake is calm yet convenient. Mike was an amazing host. Responsive and genuinely helpful. He arranged a technician right away when I had an issue with the washing machine and even offered free laundry service. He also provided new kitchen tools upon request. Highly recommend this place for a cozy, stress-free stay in Hanoi!

Loved the design of the apartment and that it was attached to the well thought out and contemporary designed art cafe. Very comfortable and loved being right on a busy corner in old quarter with a cute balcony from you could watch the goings on of the local area.

Beautiful apartment. We loved our stay! Plenty of natural light very comfortable bed and two smart TVs. The bathtub and shower awesome! Easy check in / out. There is a Mall Lotte 15 min walking distance where you can find a very nice supermarket and restaurants. The water dispenser was a nice addition.. nice kitchen etc. We highly recommended and We would love to come back. Great communication with host as well. Thank you!
