Charming 1890's historic cottage in the heart of Old Town Bay St. Louis just two blocks from the marina, restaurants, shops, parks and the beach. The home has original hardwood floors, 10 ft. ceilings, an open living/dining room, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a private back porch. This is a lovely , secluded 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home that is only 0.4miles from the beach. It has a living room and sitting area with a large table for eating or playing games. The home is located behind the house shown and includes all that is pictured. The house is shown so one can locate us. They are separate spaces. It has its own separate entrance .There is an outside area for sitting and relaxing. It is child friendly not child proof, there are stairs and cabinets without locks.
