Family-friendly vacation rentals in Hanau

I was looking for a beautiful spot to spend a few days on my long holiday in Germany and what I got was a beautifully maintained, very well organized property with great amenities in a quiet village. I had incredible day and night views of Schloss Braunfels from my living room and patio area. I explored the village as I was in town for several days and the people who live here are charming and so helpful. I ate several times at Zum Solmser Hof where they serve German and Greek Cuisine and the family that owns the restaurant is just lovely. I absolutely loved my time here.

Everything was wonderful, the caravan is great, modern,clean! Markus is very nice and helpful, prepared everything for us! We definitely recommend for everyone very warmly! Thanks again for everything! :)

Isabel was always very friendly and very easy to reach! She even inquired about our well-being when it was particularly cold outside. The surroundings are beautiful and very suitable for hiking! The cake in the nearby cafe was really delicious so that we were there several times. The cabin was very comfortable. All in all a great holiday!

I was with a friend and my dog in the beautiful Waldheim of Ina and Wanja. We felt right at home and the whole apartment is just beautiful. Very lovingly furnished and full of appealing details. The view of the castle is simply magnificent, especially from the large terrace, and we were able to have a really good time with sauna and wood stove. The kitchen is well equipped. Wanja is also super nice and answered our questions and we chatted a bit. We will be happy to come back! ☺️

We absolutely loved staying in Annette's house. House is full of charm, great decor, cute, cosy. We felt like at home. Annette is super friendly, always helpful and very kind. Beautiful surroundings with loads of walks on the vineyards.

Upon arrival, everything was well prepared again, even wood in the fireplace, ready to light. There was a welcome bubbly, the pantry provided basic food if something was forgotten, some bottles of mineral water were also available. Perfect is the wallbox at the main house, which is perfect for charging our electric car has been made available. Many thanks to the hosts!

The old hunter's house captivates with timeless charm. Solely located, right on the edge of the forest, there are concerts of various birds in the morning. With everything you need for everyday life, this accommodation is equipped and we thank Constantin very much for the really warm welcome and briefing, as well as the opportunity to stay in this gem. This is a lovely apartment, ideal for a week in the area. Dreieich is a small town close to all the major cities and very convenient for Frankfurt airport (if you are flying). There are good local restaurants within walking distance and the recently reopened “blaue Baume” on Lindenplatz is excellent. The apartment itself is excellent, with a two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Angelika was very proactive in communicating and offered help if we required any. Overall a great place to stay.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The apartment is large, nicely decorated and very clean. My dog was also welcome. We were greeted personally and very nicely received. With the S-Bahn, you can get to Mainz in 8 minutes and up in the vineyards you can go for very nice walks. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

The loft was the perfect spot for our family. Nathalie was a wonderful host and very responsive. The location was perfect and very close to downtown. It was very cozy and we would absolutely come back!

Franks’s apartment was perfect for our family with two children. The place was very clean and very well equipped. And also we (especially our children) were excited about lots of (board) games and books. I was wondering, whether the location is good enough to reach the city center easily. The buses are working quite well and it took about 20min. to the center e.g. Mainzer Dom. But the Laubenheim itself is also nice to explore. From the apartment one can walk up on the wine hill, where you get a very nice view. Frank was a very friendly and helpful host. If you look for an apartment in Mainz, Franks apartment is a good option.

There were four of us in the apartment. There was enough space. There was everything you could ever need. It was clean and comfortably furnished. Unfortunately, the temperatures were already too cold for the pool. It was not far to the restaurants and a great location for hikes. All in all a good stay

We had a great time! Children (5-7) could play freely. There were different types of go-karts and swings, trampolines.

Simone is a very nice and accommodating landlady. Apartment exactly as described. Clean, cozy and equipped with everything you could need. Communication and check-in without any issues. Can only recommend it.

We were there as a family with seven adults and two toddlers (five and two years). The house is very spacious, the many bathrooms make everyday life with the large group very relaxed. The large dining and living room is very suitable for families. We had a relaxing evening on the terrace with a large grill. We also used the sauna and swimming pool, wonderful. However, the water was a little too cold for the little ones. The surroundings with playground, sculpture park, fountain park and graduation walls are wonderful. You can also take many excursions in the surrounding area. Sabine and her husband were always responsive and helpful. Communication went perfectly and there was a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Thank you again, we felt very comfortable.

The place is very cozy and has everything you could need, even the kitchen was well equipped, had a wonderful weekend there. Highlight were the garden and sauna/pool. The hosts were very helpful and answered everything quickly, we'd love to come back :)
