There is a golf course in Tveit, 15 minutes by car. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the bus stop where buses run regularly. There are great hiking trails and a beautiful freshwater in the area. Close to Kjevik Airport, Sørlandssenteret, Kristiansand Zoo and Kristiansand. Grocery store and shop 200 m away. Restaurant 50 m away. And only 150 m to a beautiful sandy beach. The apartment: 2 bedrooms with double beds in both rooms. Well-equipped kitchen. Bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Terrace with garden furniture and sun from morning to evening. One of the people who will be staying in the apartment must be 45 years old as it is the rule to be able to stay in these apartments.

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.

The home is also a 5-minute drive to Sørlandsenteret and 10 minutes to the zoo. Kristiansand city center is 15 minutes away. The house has a lot of nice hiking terrain nearby and good sun conditions from morning to evening.
