Stylish Family Home with Seasonal Pool and Garden

EmelineRating, 5 stars9 months ago
It was our third stay in this house. The house is always spotless and has everything you could need and more. The hosts are easy to contact and very helpful. The house’s swimming pool is a great perk, with garden furniture and ambiance lights to relax in the evenings. I would highly recommend this place. There is also a beautiful beach within 5 minutes drive and a friendly pub / restaurant within a minute walk. Absolutely perfect.
The exterior of a quaint Tudor-style house is presented, showcasing distinctive timber framing and a mix of brick and tile. The structure features a warm color palette, complemented by well-kept greenery along the pathway. Two distinctive chimneys rise above the roof, reflecting the character of this historic property.

"The Old House"Gorgeous Listed Home Central Hamble

PetraRating, 5 stars33 months ago
Lovely place with character, well positioned in the local restaurant scene. We found that the noise from nearby restaurants was no issue, even with lots of guests during warm summer evenings. We had an elderly family member with us......best bedroom for her was the one next to the entrance to avoid the stairs. We had a great time in the Old House!
A view of the holiday complex reveals a collection of well-maintained buildings surrounded by open countryside. The property is set against a clear blue sky, with green fields gently rolling in the background and a paved pathway leading towards the entrance.

Countryside views at Marengo

Sophia LuoRating, 5 stars8 months ago
The surroundings of the house are very quiet, and the house itself is large and fully functional, with a well-equipped kitchen. We bought ingredients in the city and cooked dinner ourselves. The riding center is right next to the house, and we booked lessons for the children, spending a very enjoyable hour with the ponies. The weather was a bit hot during our stay, but Paul thoughtfully prepared several fans. The property is located in the middle of the island, but buses pass by frequently, making it convenient to get to other parts of the island. We highly recommend visiting Ryde Beach, which is just a half-hour bus ride away. However, we would recommend renting a car for even greater convenience. If we have the opportunity to visit the Isle of Wight again, we would definitely choose this place.
A comfortable living area is furnished with a large sectional sofa and two recliners. A glass coffee table is positioned in front of the seating, and a television is mounted on a stand against the wall. Natural light enters through arched windows, adorned with light drapes.

Pegasus

We had a great few day in Pegasus. The area is great with so much to do locally, it’s a great spot with lovely park, cafe and riding on site. We will certainly be returning.

Stopover Bayfields. pkg, family or work friendly.

The apartment was warm & comfortable, but has many windows which can be opened to get the breeze, plus the patio is quiet & nice to sit out on. The off street parking was very convenient. A 2nd toilet is always useful. It's within walking distance from great pubs & restaurants. The main smart Sony TV in the lounge is quite a few years old & therefore doesn't have many apps...Netflix, YouTube & BBC iPlayer were the only ones that are relevant...I tried to add ITVX & some others, but there is no way to do this. Also, you can't properly cast to this TV with a phone or tablet as the TV doesn't support this feature. You simply have the basic Freeview channels for live TV. The hot water pressure is very strong, but as I like a long shower, the hot water didn't quite last as long as I'd hoped & I had to have much shorter showers on the remaining days here. A negative! The house was far bigger than we expected, which is always welcome. Not the cheapest, but fair value for money.

Charming South Coast Family Home | Pass The Keys

BellaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
No complaints from staff staying in location, was lovely when I popped in, only issue was a shower head missing but Joe rectified this quickly. The guide book on the house left was really useful, was a bit stuck with the boiler not being on long enough but book explained how to turn it on etc so was really useful. Location was good and space was very large, especially for Chichester. Would definitely recommend.
A spacious lounge area features two leather sofas positioned around a central white coffee table. A flat-screen TV is placed on a stand against one wall, and sliding glass doors lead to a dining area inviting natural light. The carpeted floor adds comfort to the space.
