We offer you a comfortable and bright apartment (45 m²) in a quiet atmosphere in the idyllic climatic health resort of Neustadt for 2 people. Large windows overlooking the garden and the magnificent southern Harz, garden use and wonderful distant views characterize our apartment. Our spa charges a tourist tax of currently €2.50 per person per day. This must be registered and paid online via the Harztor municipality website before arrival.

Another sleeping option is in the living area on a pull-out couch. You have direct access to the lake. There is also the possibility of a crib and a high chair. SUP and canoe can be rented on site.

We and our two children welcome you to our small country house. We often spend our weekends and holidays here in rural surroundings. We occupy ourselves with the small garden and the animals, try our hand at old handicraft techniques, explore the surroundings, go for a walk in the forest and swim in the outdoor pool. This is how we relax here and regain strength for everyday life.

Our small and comfortable apartment has just been renovated after long-term rental, and is now waiting for nice guests who want to relax in it and especially in our beautiful nature on the edge of the southern Harz. The apartment itself is barrier-free. The path from the parking lot on the property to the house entrance door leads over paved areas with slight transverse slopes.
