This was our second stay at Ken and Rhonda’s. It is still as nice as we remembered. It was very clean- which is always appreciated. Our dogs loved laying outside and listening to the birds. Thank you for a peaceful place to stay up north!

Location was perfect for all of the up north adventures like sleeping bear dunes, Leelanau Peninsula, hiking, golfing, and of course Lake Michigan. This spot was a perfect quiet retreat at the end of the busy days, and had stunning views! I would happily stay here again.

Jeffery had a wonderful air bnb right in the heart of traverse city! It was so nice to be able to walk to all the activities and restaurants in the area. In addition- the place has so much charm and the bed was extremely comfortable!

This house is just an 8 min walk or 2 min bike ride to the beach. We used our bikes to get everywhere and didn’t even need our car for the weekend. The house was clean and spacious. Even though it is only 3 bedrooms, it Had plenty of sleeping spaces. We loved the ping pong table in the garage. The host was responsive before and during our trip and quickly answered all our questions. Great air b, we had 0 complaints and would 100% stay here again.

What more can I say than a great stay. Rebecca was responsive as needed, the hospitality was warming, the house was beautiful, literally no complaints. For the second time being here, I will definitely be coming back!!

Alicia was great about responding quickly when we needed something or had questions. The property was beautiful and you can tell there was lots of thought put into the home. The outdoor part of the property was so much fun and gorgeous!

This was a perfect house for a weekend stay. The first floor bedroom was perfect for someone unable to do stairs, and the upstairs rooms were perfect for the rest of us. The kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked with all tools we needed for cooking

We came up here to play Arcadia Bluffs and this was a perfect spot to relax in-between. The space had numerous outdoor areas to eat/hang out and was completely private. The beds are on opposite ends of the house, each with their own bathroom, perfect for 2 couples or a family.

My wife and I had a great stay. The cabin is very comfortable, was very clean and well supplied with everything a guest might need. The setting is private and secluded but very close to town. It is a great location for getting just about anywhere in the area. Allowing dogs is a big deal too as we like traveling with our pup.

We had a great weekend here! A great, spacious place to hang out and relax. The hosts are very responsive and active during your stay. A small note to keep in mind: while this is house is very accommodating to large groups and feels more secluded in location, the quite hours are strictly enforced by the noise monitor outside. We were outside past 11pm but the host graciously asked us to move indoors to continue our visit. This was not a problem, just something to keep in mind if you plan on using the beautiful outdoor resources! We would 100% book this again.

Overall the stay was amazing!! Just watching the sunset and watching the sunrise. Was so beautiful, it felt just like home I even wnt zipping in Boyne and the drive up there was beautiful. I will be back Thank you my husband birthday was perfect

Bob is a great host! This was our 3rd year staying at the Book Mark, we will be back next year for our annual fall get away!! The coffee & smoothies are fabulous, the baristas are so nice and helpful, the 10% discount on items in the bookstore is a great benefit and we try to take advantage of it each time we stay! The best place we’ve ever stayed at!! Thanks Bob & staff!!

Loved our stay! Check-in was super easy and communication was quick. The place was really cute and thoughtfully decorated. Everything was great quality and the kitchen had way more than most Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. Loved the little extras like body wash and laundry detergent. The rooftop hot tubs were a nice bonus and got really hot. Parking was fine in our small SUV but could be tight for something bigger. Super quiet and the bed was really comfy. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely place at the commons! Great space and great vibe

We loved our stay! The listing was exceptionally clean and amenities were as described. We enjoyed the location and having a coffee shop and (delicious) burger joint in walkable distance was a great bonus! The view of the beach and water right off the private balcony was wonderful and having a heated pool/hot tub combo right on property made this an ideal booking for our family. We’d come back and would recommend to others!

Jesse was a great host and we enjoyed staying at their place! We appreciated the private beach to play at and the pool was well maintained. There were plenty of food and entertainment options that Jesse recommended in their binder, and all were fantastic choices. The views were amazing from the living room/patio, and it felt very private. We couldn’t see any other guest and did not hear neighbors. It was very peaceful being on site and we could definitely see about renting the place again in the future! Jesse was a great host, communicated early and often, and made sure our stay was a pleasant one. Overall, great experience and thank you for letting us stay at your lovely home!
