Vacation rentals with beach access in Hamlin Township

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

Very cute, great location, having a parking lot was nice since we all drove in separately!

The firehouse was a really cool environment and we walked almost everywhere to eat, to the beach, to shop. It was exactly what we wanted!

This was my fifth visit to Ron and Judy‘s Airbnb. As expected, the area was pristine, very clean, and had all the amenities that we needed. Ron and Judy are awesome hosts. They truly make my sister and I feel like family. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and very relaxing and peaceful. It’s a short drive to visit quaint towns for shopping and enjoying the outdoors.

Jeffery had a wonderful air bnb right in the heart of traverse city! It was so nice to be able to walk to all the activities and restaurants in the area. In addition- the place has so much charm and the bed was extremely comfortable!

We were in town for the Bayshore Marathon, and this was a great spot! Views of the Bay, walkable to downtown TC. Quiet street. Comfy and clean space. Thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommend!

This house is just an 8 min walk or 2 min bike ride to the beach. We used our bikes to get everywhere and didn’t even need our car for the weekend. The house was clean and spacious. Even though it is only 3 bedrooms, it Had plenty of sleeping spaces. We loved the ping pong table in the garage. The host was responsive before and during our trip and quickly answered all our questions. Great air b, we had 0 complaints and would 100% stay here again.

This is an exceptional place to stay. The house was very clean, inviting, well organized with everything we could need. It is clear the host has put a lot of thought and effort into making their guests comfortable (for example a Welcome Basket, plenty of towels, everything you might need for cooking, everything clearly labelled, etc.). And with the location within walking distance of downtown and five minute drive to the beach you can’t go wrong. We would definitely stay again!

If I could give this stay 6 stars I would!!! The most peaceful, idyllic atmosphere so close to everything you’d want to do at Silver Lake. Kathleen is absolutely SUPERhost status and even saved the day by providing some warm clothes when we came unprepared for the cooler weather we encountered. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We were thankful to find this house that allowed us to have our dogs, we had an issue with the router and Eugene took care of it promptly, the house was clean , well stocked and convenient location! the only suggestion id make. is maybe a tv in the master bed room. the owner was readily accessible. when we needed to talk with him. we had to change our checkout dates a couple of times. durning our month long stay. he worked with us & was extremely accommidating to our needs. over all a great experience. thank you!

My husband and I, along with our 3 Siberian huskies stayed for 2 nights. We wished it was for longer! Jenna granted us an extra hr for check out which we really appreciated! Also, this house is incredibly clean. We were both impressed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Something to note: there’s about 3-5 ft of water before you get into “muck” and the lake is full of seaweed. We brought our paddle board and floated around. The water is very clear and it was actually quite beautiful to look at the fish and even the seaweed looked beautiful. There are some deeper parts that you could definitely avoid touching any weeds. But just something to note if you plan on swimming. Also, we didn’t explore the entire lake so not sure what the far half is like. SUNRISES ARE GORGEOUS HERE! I would book this place just to watch the sunrise. And lots of wildlife. I would think kids would really enjoy it! Turtles, geese, tons of fish, loons. Again, overall highly recommend

David’s rental was the perfect place for our yearly family vacation, consisting of 7 adults and 3 children. The house was as described. It was very clean, and everything was in excellent condition. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals. I especially liked how large the fridge was. Three bathrooms were great to have with a large group. We spent a lot of time at the beach, playing and canoeing. Whenever I had a question, David answered promptly. He even offered to mail something to me that was left behind when we left. I could tell David and his wife took pride in their house. If you’re thinking of renting there, don’t hesitate. You won’t regret it!

This is a beautiful location and a lovely comfortable home. A great place to escape to when reality is wearing one down. Well equipped.

We loved Jody’s place in Empire. It was a great location for exploring the Lake MI coastline. The place was very clean and well stocked. The bed was so comfortable and we loved sitting on the front porch to drink coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this spot to others!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo in the Traverse City Commons! The space was incredibly spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic—quiet, charming, and close to everything, yet still feels tucked away. For the size and quality of the condo, it’s a surprisingly affordable find. Definitely a hidden gem—we’ll be recommending it to friends and would love to stay again!

Overall the stay was amazing!! Just watching the sunset and watching the sunrise. Was so beautiful, it felt just like home I even wnt zipping in Boyne and the drive up there was beautiful. I will be back Thank you my husband birthday was perfect

Beautiful location, perfect getaway.

We could not have been happier with our stay. The location is perfect and the accommodations made our young family feel at home. Just about everything was walkable, including Clinch Park, and the parking garage and path to the condo was stroller friendly. Would definitely want to stay here again the next time we’re in town. Natalia clearly has paid attention to every detail to make the stay relaxing and comfortable.

We loved our stay! The listing was exceptionally clean and amenities were as described. We enjoyed the location and having a coffee shop and (delicious) burger joint in walkable distance was a great bonus! The view of the beach and water right off the private balcony was wonderful and having a heated pool/hot tub combo right on property made this an ideal booking for our family. We’d come back and would recommend to others!

We had a wonderful weekend stay. The condo is in a great location. Saturday morning we took an easy walk along the lakeshore to the downtown farmers market. We were able to easily walk from front street business district to the condo as well. We will definitely come back to this condo on our next visit to TC!

Jesse was a great host and we enjoyed staying at their place! We appreciated the private beach to play at and the pool was well maintained. There were plenty of food and entertainment options that Jesse recommended in their binder, and all were fantastic choices. The views were amazing from the living room/patio, and it felt very private. We couldn’t see any other guest and did not hear neighbors. It was very peaceful being on site and we could definitely see about renting the place again in the future! Jesse was a great host, communicated early and often, and made sure our stay was a pleasant one. Overall, great experience and thank you for letting us stay at your lovely home!
