You will experience the advantage of being 10 minutes away from the city and its amenities while experiencing the village life in our original design stone house, which is centrally located. Our house, which consists of 2 rooms, 1 living room and an open kitchen, is a stone villa with a front porch and a back seating area. Detached parking is available. It has a 200m2 garden on three sides of the house. 300m. from the E-5 highway. There is a mini bond. The house is heated with a heat pump. Air conditioning is available. It is close to the factories location. All kitchen and bathroom supplies are available.

Our house is 1+1 with a separate entrance. Air conditioning, smart TV, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, Turkish coffee machine, toaster, Nescafe machine, pots and pans, etc. are available. Our land is 8 acres and is located in Bahçeköy, the previous village before arriving in Tekirdağ/Kıyıköy. There is 1 container and 1 house on the same land. It is a virgin place at the foot of the logos forests. There is a field, fruit trees, and a fire area inside the land. There is a stream through the land. It is 2 minutes by car and 20 minutes by foot to the village center. It's surrounded by sparse homes with 5 to 8 acres of land. It's a small charcoal made up of photographer, painter, designers.
