Our 3+1 apartment, located in the Deluxe Residence, which consists of 2 floors and 52 apartments, is one of the 2 largest apartments in the plaza and is a corner apartment. It faces south. It has a full sea view. There is also a 40 m2 garden facing west. There is a table for 6 people and a barbecue in the garden. The 1st room has a double bed, a TV and an en-suite bathroom. In room 2, there is 1 double bed and 1 single bed. In room 3, there is 1 single bed and a TV. An additional fee of 2,000 TL per person is charged for an extra bed and an extra guest.

Deveci Konağı is a 3-story villa located approximately a 4-minute walk from the sea. This listing offers the 3rd floor of the house. This floor, which can accommodate 4 people, has 2 bedrooms. Both rooms have air conditioning. Our guests have a private kitchen and bathroom. Heating is provided by a boiler. A washing machine is available. In addition, there is a private terrace exclusively for this floor, along with a seating area on the terrace. There is a BBQ available for guests to use on the patio.

Our land is 8 acres and is located in Bahçeköy, the village before Tekirdağ/Kıyıköy. There is 1 container and 1 more house on the same land. It is a pristine place at the foot of the Logoz forests. There are fields, fruit trees, and a fire pit on the property. A stream runs through the land. 2 min by car and 20 min on foot to the village center. There are 5 to 8 acres of land and sparse houses around it. It is a small community of photographers, painters and designers.
