Loved the location lovely and peaceful. Melanie and Kirk were lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close to Cambridge and cafes etc. 5 Stags restaurant and bar at Leamington is a must do the food is great. Thanks for your hospitality Melanie and Kirk.

Stayed for 18 nights, Fantastic place to stay short or long term. Personally my long term stay was perfect. They gave me a off street car park for my work UTE, it has its own access to the unit/room so you can come and go as you please. little kitchenet for cooking, a very big bathroom and a open plan living area. WIFI was super fast and a nice heat pump for heating or cooling. The area was definitely in more of a up market area which makes it feel very safe. It was only a 10min walk to a big Westfield mall or 2 mins by car. Would 100 percent stay again.

Chris was a lovely host, the unit is compact and comfortable and has all of your basic amenities. My kids loved the spa pool, nothing better than unwinding in a hot tub after a long day of sightseeing! would definitely love to come back and stay in the future, maybe our next visit to hobbiton.

Absolutely gorgeous place! We loved our stay here and cannot recommend it enough, we would happily come back and have already sent to link to friends to stay here. Very private, and the outdoor bath was a perfect way to defrost after doing a night time kayak tour. Bed is super comfy too! All the little extras were such a nice touch.

We stayed here for a month as were moving to the local area - we couldn't have picked a better Air B and B!! Ruth and Regan were the most amazing hosts. The location is idyllic, close enough to everything you need a short but calm and beautiful surroundings. It is well equipped, clean and spacious. Ruth and Regan checked in regularly with us to make sure all was okay and to answer any questions we had about the place or the local area, and are super friendly and gracious hosts. They were also very accommodating with allowing us to stay with 2 pets that had travelled from the UK with us. Having morning coffee outside whilst listening to the zoo animals nearby is such a treat! We will recommend to any friends and family that visit us. A perfect place to stay when exploring Hamilton and the Waikato region!

This is a beautiful place to stay. Peaceful, warm and clean. Comfortable bed. Excellent amenities. The host is lovely. This was a lovely and relaxing holiday. Far enough from the busy city, but close enough to drive to various things. We enjoyed the zoo. It was wonderful to find a place suitable for our baby and we appreciate a portacot and high chair being available to use. Highly recommend this accommodation for a peaceful stay with beautiful surroundings. Thank you so much.

The place is so peaceful. The park it’s located in is beautiful and relaxing — perfect for a walk. The view from the porch overlooking the pond is amazing. It's only 5 minutes from Hamilton, but it feels like you're completely off the grid. Truly an amazing stay

Lesley greeted us and was just lovely. Told us about what there was to do in the area, including eateries. Just a hop skip and jump to the swing bridge was awesome. Beautifully clean and tidy.

Monique was accommodating to my family's needs which I really appreciated. The space is perfect for what we needed. The set up was good, the main bedroom nicely furnished, and the beds are comfy. I had a great sleep!

A nice, clean home by the river. Very peaceful and within walking distance to the museam. Great food spots, good coffee & shopping. Hamilton Gardens is exceptional. The spa was a therapeutic bonus and perfect to unwind.

We had a great time, experience and most comfortable stay at Kaye’s place. The surrounding was beautiful, peaceful and you feel like right at home. The place was squeaky clean and there was fresh eggs from the backyard hens, many jams to choose from and fresh milk and fresh fruits from the garden which was very thoughful. Kaye was super nice to take us around the property to play and feed the animals (chicken, sheeps and cows). Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an amazing stay near waitomo, hamilton, rotorua which are all within short drives. Thanks Kaye for being a wonderful host 😊

A neat and tidy cosy place that was perfect for me to retreat to and chill out after visiting family for a few days. The accommodation was quiet, peaceful, surrounded by large vegetable gardens and fruit trees and greenery. Off street parking was up the back and beside the unit, easy and secure. Everything was there that you would need for a short stay. I stayed during winter, so the electric heater and electric blanket were heaven, made the place quite cosy. Wasn’t modern or flashy but had a nice homely vibe while being clean,tidy and comfortable.

Have stayed there about 9 times over the last 6 months. That says it all really. Awesome place in an amazing location. Hosts are friendly and helpful. Has everything I need. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Private and peaceful Airbnb that is close to nature & farm. Interacted with Fi briefly and was welcome by her dogs. No TV to distract us from the much needed rest during our NZ road trip. Well equipped kitchen with pots & pans, salt & pepper, utensils, fridge, microwave, and induction cooker. No air conditioner, but the temperature is comfortable during our visit. The dining table is outside with motion-sensor lights. Yet to try the outdoor bath but it was well equipped with hot & cold water tap and lights. Highly recommended for couples/ friends short getaway.

Rupert was a great host. Very helpful and let us check out late so I could shower and relax after race. Located in nice neighbourhood close drive to everything. Very quiet.

Perfect, luxurious, well-appointed studio in what is obviously one of the most beautiful places on earth. Very private and feels secluded but is a quick drive to Cambridge which has great cafes and even better pastries. We stayed here as a base for travel to Hobbiton, Rotorua and Taupo (a two hour drive but worth it) and highly recommend the back roads - the scenery is amazing. The studio itself has everything you need, the amenities are modern and high end and the bedding is so comfortable. We struggled to leave the comfort every morning, especially with the rain. Highly recommend staying here.
