Vacation rentals with breakfast in Hamilton

Lindsay and Richard’s home was beautiful, just 2 mins away from Hobbiton. The surroundings, as mentioned by almost everyone, were spectacular and we felt like we were living in the Shire! The breakfast supplies were also very helpful and delicious. Rooms were warm and cozy. Highly recommended for anyone paying a visit to Hobbiton!

The Range View Cottage was a perfect tranquil retreat. The view from the outdoor seating area, and large windows from inside, was so green and beautiful. It was lovely to arrive to a spotless yet comfortable cottage, and the welcome loaf of bread and bottle of wine was an added bonus. Everything you could need is provided. Personally, it was nice to be a little away from the surf and tourist vibes of Raglan (one does need a car though if they plan to get into Raglan or to hit the beach and surf). Overall I would recommend the Range View Cottage to anyone!

Great to stay again at Matt's place. Lovely and welcoming, cozy and comfortable, beautiful decor, comfy beds, everything you need. This was our second stay in 2 years and we loved it. We will certainly stay again.

Briony was a very welcoming host, she left us fresh eggs, juice, bread and milk. Her partner (apologies I have forgotten his name) provided tools to tighten up the wing mirror on my bike. The property is loverly and really conveniently placed if you are planning on visiting the Hobbiton movie set.

Overall great stay, well kitted out kitchen with lots of supplies for breakfast as described. I’d recommend it for any families needing a peaceful spot to stay around Cambridge. The only issue we had in our stay was the laundry machine had trouble completing a cycle and kept turning off. Hosts were responsive and I’m sure will fix it, but were not able to resolve issue in the short timeframe we had left at the house.

I stayed 3 nights here while on a vacation. I can’t say enough good about Peter and this rental. Great location, clean, spacious, well stocked with all the right amenities and fast WiFi. It was serene and relaxing, with especially good views. Hot tub at night was a nice touch. Peter bringing “brekky” at a time of my choosing was the icing on the cake. If I’m ever in the area again, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else.

This was a great place to put some staff members for an event. It was clean and tidy with comfortable beds. Thanks for having us.

Lovely, caring hosts, who very kindly left us some breakfast, homemade lemonade and cookies! Great location for a family with kids, with a small, beautiful, self-contained garden a 2min walk to a park with a playground. Supermarket cafe and pub a 10-min walk away.

Our third time staying here which speaks for itself! We were treated to a freshly baked pie, lovely linen and a good hot shower. So peaceful. Thank you Viv.

Kate’s place is a hidden gem. It was an awesome place to spend a few nights. Close to Cambridge township and cafes.

WOW!! 5-star Airbnb with a 10-star host!!! Absolutely stunning, clean and well-equipped unit. Paul was amazing, from start to finish - providing all the nice touches, local and out-of-town recommendations and he made sure, throughout our stay we had everything we needed and then some!! Stay with Paul - you will NOT be disappointed!! Definitely recommend!!!

Staying at Vicky’s was so amazing. I’d highly recommend!! Vicky is lovely and kind, and was happy to chat, but also happy to give us our own space too. We had a great chat in the evening and got some excellent local recommendations, and even got to play with her adorable cat. Vicky provided us with a delicious breakfast with, with homemade jams and homemade ginger beer too! We’re already planning our next trip, and we will be staying with Vicky again!

Definitely recommend……. well appointed and comfortable with many extras. Great location and quiet bedroom for a good nights sleep. Exceptionally clean. Owners make an impressive effort. Thank you.

We had the pleasure of staying here, 1st experience with an air bnb in someone’s home. The place was warm, felt like home as we could access the main parts of the home in and out and enjoy the comforts of the spa at our discretion without limitations. It was a positive, warm and friendly experience. Cici was a pleasure to communicate with and very responsive and timely to my inquiries. We were given an earlier check in at our request and enjoyed the on site massage. Cici also accomodating in changing times for this even at short notice. Nice tidy tiny home. Quiet and comfortable

Our accommodation in Hamilton offers an excellent experience. You'll find yourself within easy reach multiple supermarkets, diverse restaurants, and essential amenities. The spacious room is cosy, thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials for a stay. Best of all, Leanne is a truly outstanding host – warm, friendly, and hospitable.

Belinda was a wonderful Host. Helpful in every way without being intrusive. Many little personal touches that made me feel so very comfortable in her home. Everything was spotless, very comfortable bed with electric blanket, heat pump, shower had excellent pressure, outlook onto Belinda's lovely garden from dining room windows at breakfast table was very special. Belinda helped me with directions to local eateries and made my stay perfect inn every way. Loved the home baked Date Loaf left in my room for a late night supper. I had access to the house at any time of my stay for Cambridge Scottish Country Dance Club's 70th Anniversary during King's Birthday Weekend 2025 at Cambridge Town Hall - a very short drive of 4 minutes away in middle of town. Sheryl and Greg were such lovely hosts! I was traveling by bus on my own and Sheryl even picked me up from the bus stop! Was also invited to have dinner with them in their home, such lovely people. Really close to Hobbiton and the scenery is beautiful! Would definitely stay again 😊

This is a great place to stay in Te Awamutu. very clean and tidy. It has all the things you need. very nice!
