There is a 1.60-m bed, high-speed Wi-Fi, 42" TV, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, etc. The Sternschanze S-Bahn station is 7 minutes away, and Holstenstrasse is 5 minutes away., shoulder blade about 3 minutes... a supermarket is about 1 minute away. If you are arriving by car, I can send you a visitor parking permit (€4/day)

Located within the Hamburg old town, my beautiful 40 square meter apartment is in the 3rd floor of an old office building, very quiet at night. It’s a great place for tourists and for business visitors as well, and you could hardly find a location more central. A lot of varied gastromy and the central shopping streets Neuer Wall, Jungfernstieg and Mönckebergstraße are in the immediate vicinity, you could reach the HafenCity by walk too as well as the famous Reeperbahn in 1,5 km distance.

Schanzen Loft-City, Messe, Reeperbahn Karoviertel [district]

A great former retail space near the Schanzenviertel. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside the door. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe and the city are within easy reach. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with a bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement corridor. We often use the loft space as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families but also for business travelers.

Within walking distance are numerous bars and restaurants of the popular trendy neighborhood Sternschanze. Child-friendly district with many playgrounds.

Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

It is in a very quiet location and is therefore not only suitable for groups who want to party in St. Pauli, but also for families, trade fair guests and for working.
