Gorgeous home, private parking and stunning views

Bay View Cottage is a fabulous ENTIRE Ulverston home extremely well suited for a romantic escape for two people or for working in the area, or working at home, great WiFi. Very peaceful here no road noise lots of bird song, cosy up and enjoy the panoramic view. Very close to town centre it has own entrance with a key safe, so arrival time can be totally flexible, and there is private parking. We use a Professional cleaning service to ensure the place sparkles. Much better than a hotel room!

Sublime tranquility in the Lake District

This detached, traditional farmhouse is full of old world charm with stone flagged floors, exposed beams, wood panelled walls and studded oak doors. There are three reception rooms, two with wood burners and two kitchens with granite work surfaces. Five very comfortable bedrooms await you with old oak floors and beams and a 6th mezzanine bedroom. A large master bedroom has a modern ensuite. There’s a lovely family bathroom with a shower and roll-top bath upstairs and a wet room downstairs.

The Granary is attached to an old threshing barn and to the farmhouse at Little Annaside. The accommodation has been converted retaining original beams and features. Such an amazing cottage! We were skeptical with it not having many reviews, but wow, we are so glad we booked it. It’s pretty central to everywhere (longest drive was 45 mins) and we were able to explore the Lake District for the first time with ease! The cottage is so cute and has been renovated to a really high standard, plus the bed was SO comfy too. We would definitely recommend :)

I had such a lovely stay here! The place was exactly as described—clean, cosy, and really well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect too, peaceful but still close to everything. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in super easy and stress-free. I felt really comfortable and at home during my stay. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and I’d definitely love to come back!

We stayed for three nights, what can I say, it was just as described as listed. Private, spotless and so spacious. There was a folder full of so much information of the surrounding area, sorry Victoria we already had our time there planned, but this could come in very handy. I am in the building trade and I could tell a lot of love, effort and imagination over many years has been put into this place and felt quite humbled to stay there. Lovely place Victoria, Thankyou this made our stay in the Lake District special

Lynn's place exceeding our expectations. The house was pristine condition and very welcoming. The views outside were stunning. It was peaceful and a respite from our busy lives. We really enjoyed all the trails you could walk right from the house. We didn't feel a need to drive anywhere to enjoy nature and the views. We are already telling friends this is the place they need to stay if they visit the Lake District.

We had a great stay. The house was in a beautiful location, right on the estuary. Plenty of beach for walking. Beds were comfy and ample linen and towels were provided plus a great welcome hamper. The games room provided hours of entertainment and the hot tub was lovely for relaxing in after a busy day. The nearby rock park/quarry was a really interesting day out. We also enjoyed a meal out at the King William IV in Kirksanton. Jenny was a great host and was extremely welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
