Kitchenette, desk, loft, and porch. Just three-minute walk from gardens, soaking tubs with cold plunge/ice option, outdoor showers. A peaceful space to rest, refocus, and refuel. Guests say our queen-size bed is the most comfortable ever! Conveniently located 1 mile from Interstate 20, 5-10 min town center.

Sunset Cabin

Private country atmosphere in city located on 7 acres. Lots of large pine and oak trees, birds, and catch and release from onsite pond. Plenty of room for horse or boat trailers to park. 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants and stores if your not in mood to cook. Daily pet fee $10.00 per day per pet due check in 2pets. 30 lb. limit unless you talk with us first. NO CATS. You will need to provide animal crate if pet is left alone in cabin. After 10PM inquires will be answered the next morning

Conveniently located just off Hwy 80 between Longview and Hallsville, minutes from Loop 281 & I-20. The kitchen has basic cooking and eating utensils, dish soap and towels. Washer and dryer with laundry soap provided for your convenience. 1 towel per guest is provided. The living room has a smart TV for airplay and casting. Welcome! We want to share a bit of history with you! Enjoy a once in a lifetime experience staying at this unique & intricate beautiful 1890’s home. In the 1890’s Charles Ginocchio, owner of the Ginocchio Hotel and the Ginocchio home, had this home built by C. G. Lancaster for Emile Meyers, who operated a saloon in the hotel. Emile, an immigrant from Alsace-Lorraine continued to work at the hotel for many years. During the prohibition era, he converted the saloon into a soda fountain.

Lakeside Cabin on Lake O' the Pines

If you are seeking a quiet place to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset on the water, look no further than this new lakeside cabin on Lake O' the Pines. There is not a boat dock but around the corner is a boat ramp and of course you can fish from the shore. This shoreline is not the best for swimming it has several stumps but great for fishing. WE DONOT HAVE Wi-Fi yet, but good cell phone service/hotspot. Restaurants and shopping 20 miles in the historical town of Jefferson.

This is a 552sqft apartment within our home. It has a completely private driveway and entrance and secure locking interior door between units. One of the features we think you'll most enjoy is the spacious shower with all the hot water you could want! The kitchenette is ready for a bit of cooking if you like. In addition to the King bed, the sofa folds into a bed suitable for an older child or young adult, and a twin mattress on the floor is available upon request.
