We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

Guests have access to 2 parking spaces in the garden. The access to the parking lot is from the main road the first driveway next to the Glaneckerweg. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A romantic studio in a small village in the immediate vicinity of Salzburg. Only 25 min. by bus separate you from the city. The bus goes through the most beautiful parts of Salzburg : Hellbrunn Castle, Anif Zoo, Untersberg with the Untersbergbahn. In addition, the chocolate factory, the Schellenberg Ice Cave, the Anif Forest Bath and Königsseeache are just a stone's throw away. The location is the optimal combination for nature and culture lovers.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Our studio apartment is located on the second floor of an old town house at the beginning of the Hallein pedestrian zone. Shops, bakeries, cafes, ice cream parlors and restaurants with beautiful gardens are practically at your doorstep. The medieval salt and Celtic city of Hallein is considered the “little sister” of the cultural city of Salzburg, which can be reached by S-Bahn in approx. 20 minutes.
