'Willow' at West View Farm Lodges

Your Lodge is close to Foxton Locks, Market Harborough, Rutland Water, Melton Mowbray, Uppingham, International Space Centre. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, the people, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Private hot tub! Please note that there is an additional charge of £20 per pet per stay. Note 3 night minimum. dogs must not scare any sheep, horses.

Fruit Barn - boutique, luxury, secure parking.

Fruit barn is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. It was newly built to a high spec in 2025. Beds are from Neptune and bed linen from The White Company. 1 x king bed and 2 x single beds. There can be an extra single added. Bedrooms have black out curtains. There isn’t a cooker but there is a microwave, a Dualit toaster, kettle, Nespresso & small fridge. There is a fabulous pub in the village - The Bell, which serves lunch and dinner. The barn is set within a 3 acre garden

Converted Barn overlooking fields.

Built in 1634, the Barn is on the edge of a village 5m from Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Converted in 2017, it's on our property but separate from it. Light and airy, it's one room/open plan downstairs, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. French doors lead out onto a pretty courtyard garden, with stone steps up to a raised area, where you can watch the sunset over the fields. Upstairs there's a well-equipped bedroom and bathroom with far reaching views over the countryside.

Gable Cottage is in the picturesque village of Braunston-in-Rutland. A unique two bedroom cottage annexe, with bath and shower. Dining room with kitchenette (air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle), and cute gallery sitting area overlooking it. Breakfast welcome pack included, we make our own bread! Access via private lane, parking for 2 cars. We also have an electric car charger Children over 10 welcome, no pets. Discount of £30 a night if only want one bedroom - message us before booking.

The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) The perfect place for a countryside getaway to totally relax and unwind. Great walking and cycling on your doorstep or just switch off, chill out and enjoy the space.

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. Half an hr from Stamford & Rutland Water and only 10 mins from small market town of Uppingham. We offer two interconnecting double bedrooms with shower room and kitchenette with dining table in family home. First Bedroom on 1st floor and 2nd bedroom on second floor, within apartment.
