There is an extra bed, washing machine with dryer, flat-screen TV with Apple TV, and audio PRO speakers. The apartment has A/C. Patio with barbecue grill. Final cleaning is not included, but can be booked. Please bring towels and bed sheets.

The house can accommodate up to 8 persons. There is small spa bath, deck, charcoal grill, Wi-Fi, AC in all rooms, TV and free electric car charging The house has a separate toilet, a tiled bathroom, open kitchen/living room as a lovely social area with lovely fireplace and laundry room. No parties, kick-off or work/conferences allowed.

Book a peaceful, scenic and quiet accommodation right on the lake. The cottage overlooks the nature, lake and bird life all around. Follow the path along the cape to the jetty for a bath. Wood-fired sauna, boat and canoe you can rent on site. Sauna 500kr, boat or canoe 200kr. I have a ceramics workshop and massage. The cottage is connected to the nature reserve and hiking and biking trail. Fishing licenses are needed for fishing in the lake. Distance by car: 5 min to Simlångsdalen, 20 min to Halmstad

Scenic modern country house

Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Wonderful farmhouse 4 km just outside Båstad. The farmhouse is located on a farm with Icelandic horses in a fantastic environment with beech forests. The house has a sleeping loft with two single beds. On the ground floor, there is a sofa bed for 2 people. Nice living room with kitchen and fireplace. Large, spacious patio in all directions with outdoor furniture and Weber gas grill. Hiking, horseback riding and cycling trails are available in the area.

Not far from the sea and the capital of Halland Halmstad, the small village lies in the middle of the woods.
