Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

A small house located in peaceful little Laxvik just 150 meters from the sea and beach, with good bus connections to the summer city of Halmstad. Well-equipped kitchen, toilet with shower and washing machine, 55 liter water heater. Sofa bed and sleeping alcove with a bunk bed that is 80 cm on the top and 120 cm on the downstairs loaf. Bed linens and towels are included. There is a possibility to borrow kayaks if you want to take a trip on the sea or in the mouth of the river.

Fully equipped fresh loft apartment 60m2 floor heating. Access to laundry room. BBQ is available. Access to your own part of the garden with table and chairs. Sauna by the lake for hire! And then there is a possibility to take a swim from our jetty.

Private island (reachable by bridge) with wood-fired bath and canoe

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation on your own island easily reached via a small bridge from your own parking lot. Canoe to the islands on the other side of the lake, swim from the bath stone or in the wood-fired bathtub, read a book in the hammock, chill on the terrace, pick mushrooms, make dinner and read a book while looking out at the lake. All windows have lake views in all directions.

We rent out our wonderful guest house in Hanhals. Closer to the sea is hard to come by. Quiet and quiet location with nature conservation area all around. A paradise for birds!
