Very nice place close to the town for eating out, etc. Loved sitting on the balconies overlooking the river. Very spacious and had most everything we needed.

It was an easy walk to downtown, but still felt like you were away enough from the downtown. We enjoyed sitting at the river reading with our books and having a fire. She left us some sweet treats and firewood. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Highly reccommend

This Airbnb was situated right on top of a cute cafe and overlooking the river; very beautiful. It really made us feel like we weren't even in Georgia! There's music playing at the restaurants almost every night but despite this you cant hear it in the Airbnb! Very cute town with very nice people.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house! It was perfect for our family—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The view of the lake was so serene, and we loved spending time outside soaking it all in. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking meals a breeze. It truly felt like a home away from home. The peaceful setting and thoughtful touches throughout the house made our trip extra special. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway, and we’d love to stay here again!

I cannot say enough great things about this property. We arrived to the most beautiful house in a location that was utterly perfect! This home has absolutely everything you would need, essentially just show up with food and clothes! The beds were all VERY comfortable, soft linens, plenty of pillows and well put together. The living areas were cozy & comfortable. Games, items to enjoy the lake, outdoor areas, fire-it for s'mores were all a bonus. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely every thing you would need. The countertop icemaker was my daughters favorite feature! Our kids enjoyed the kayaks, paddleboards and floats. We enjoyed a glass of wine while watching them! Easy communication & great host. You could not ask for a better house! Thank you for the best stay! We will definitely be back!

Excellent place to stay. Easy to find with plenty of room to park. We had 5 trucks and 2 boat trailers. It is a steep climb back from the boat dock but worth it.

This was a great place to stay. It was a 15min drive for us to rent a boat at Lanier islands so we could enjoy the full extent of that boat dock. My husband fished off the dock all week and the privacy of being up the creek was so nice with no boat noise! We also were only 15min to Buford’s town which was nice when we needed to load up on fishing gear and coffee runs and 7brew. The house was great for the kids when it rained we had ample room to stay indoors. Would definitely book again.

This is a beautiful clean lake house. This house has everything you need. Great for families with lots of games and deer come by everyday to visit.

This was a great location for a weekend trip to the lake. Very accessible from Atlanta. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Nice location to access local restaurants, grocery stores, and the various sites of Gainesville nearby. Home was comfortable and clean. There was an included pack and play, high chair, and life jackets for kids that worked well for our little family.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully decorated 2-bedroom condo near Athens and UGA! The space was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, with stylish furnishings and all the comforts of home. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches like extra towels and fast Wi-Fi. The location couldn’t be more convenient—just a short drive to downtown Athens and the UGA campus, but in a quiet, safe area that made it easy to relax after a day out. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great little weekend getaway for our family of 4 including 2 small children. So many amenities and lots to do. The view from the patio with the porch swing was amazing!

This was our second stay at Billy’s beautiful cabin in Suches. It was again amazing. We had a wonderful time fishing and exploring downtown Blue Ridge. Even caught and cooked two beautiful rainbow trout for dinner in the river right behind the cabin. Morning breakfast on the back porch was heavenly. Recommend this place highly!

Quick trip from Florida. Great spacious place for the family and pricing was on point comparatively to the surrounding market. Will 100% recommend and book this exact condo in the near future.

This spot was amazing to stay in and we would absolutely visit again. Close enough to downtown to have fun but far enough away that you felt like you had a private space in the woods. The upstairs swing was pure bliss with a cozy, fluffy blanket on a brisk morning. The only real issue we ran into during our stay was with parking. The garage only fits 2 cars comfortably and we had 3. The person with the most reliable E brake gets the hill! Also, bring your own toiletries. They weren't provided and the local store is a little pricey.

We enjoyed everything about the stay. The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything in Helen. I really liked the seasonal fireplace and how clean and cozy the condo was. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
