You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The Great Green Room offers a completely private entry, living space, and bathroom. It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

A circular fire pit area is surrounded by six wooden Adirondack chairs, arranged for gatherings. The setting is framed by tall trees, with a view of a serene lake visible in the background, enhancing the outdoor experience.

Tucked in to a cove just a 5 min boat ride to Gainesville Marina and minutes by car to many conveniences like groceries and restaurants in downtown Gainesville is this quiet and majestic 3-acre lake property. A blessing for families who desire a place to escape and get away. Guests have plenty parking, boat trailer storage and will stay on the terrace level where every room has beautiful view of the lake plus hot tub and fire pit. Your boat slip is just a short gradual walk off the back porch.
