We had a great time at Heather's place. The cottage was decorated beautifully. We love the hot tub and the backyard lighting around it. Everything was set up with a timer and it's pretty good for us to not have to worry about it. It's so good to have two firepits and the supplies to start the fire. The local convenient store is a short drive and has everything we need when we ran out of supplies. Coffee, hot chocolate, tea and all the snacks are nice treats. It is very cozy and the surrounding is gorgeous. The heater in the house can be quite annoying at night for someone staying on the daybed. We were warned about the noise in the instructions but couldn't do much about it or change the sleeping arrangement. The beds in all rooms are all very comfortable and if the heater issue can be somehow addressed, that would be much better. (the heater just turns on and off way too frequently) Overall, we had a great time! Heather and Michael are very friendly and responsive hosts. Thank you!

Me and a couple of my friends wanted to wind down from school after finishing exams and Alex’s and Violetta’s place was amazing. Their house had the amenities we wanted in an airbnb and the location was great to get away from the city.

This was a fantastic place to stay. We were there for Easter weekend and it was so peaceful. We loved the two common areas to accommodate different activities. Lots of beds for the family. The jacuzzi was a great add! Hosts communicated well and were very responsive. We would gladly stay again.

It was a great weekend! It's a very beautiful place where you feel at home! A hot tub is amazing 🤩! I enjoyed it! Jeff and Susan are great people with whom it was very easy to communicate. If you want to relax from busy city and just enjoy nature and silence I totally recommend this place 🫶🏻

I had a great time staying here and have already looked at when I can come back. It was beautiful and so peaceful. The view was great and I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. The bed was super comfortable as well. The door was a little difficult to get into the first time but he gave instructions on how to get in another way. Loved the little touches like leaving a treat for my dog and also having extra dog toys.

Had a great stay at this beautiful cottage. Warm and cozy, would definitely recommend to get away and relax!

Bri and Mike were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and made us feel so welcome. When we had issues (figuring out how to operate the heating) they offered to send someone over immediately to help. They provided clear instructions for everything and gave us a comprehensive package of local recommendations. The property itself was beautiful, right beside the lake with a dock, a hot tub, and lots of outdoor seating. When their cleaning schedule changed they were also kind enough to offer us a late checkout, which we really appreciated. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking to spend a few days in the countryside!

We truly enjoyed our time at this amazing Cottage! Ron was very kind and helpful, he accommodated some of our last minute request with no hesitation. The property is simply beautiful, just like the descriptions. The town is just 8 mins drive and you have everything you need. My doggo had the best time. The property is sufficiently secluded and has privacy. The lakefront view was truly stunning! Every room and just everything was well organized and clean. We would love to come back!

My husband and I wanted a quick getaway , somewhere rustic,quiet and close to water. We found Janet’s cabin just what we were looking for. Everything from the check in to the amenities met our expectations. Would definitely recommend Alexanne cottage rentals for your getaway adventure. We feel totally relaxed and rested ! We just came back and had a wonderful time. The cottage was the perfect peaceful and cozy getaway for my wife and I. The cottage is updated nicely and has all the amenities you could ask for our use. It was spotless and amazingly comfortable for our relaxing getaway. For this time of year it was amazing to still be able to enjoy the dock on the lake and have a fire every night. We would not hesitate to return and would recommend to anyone looking for a great northern getaway.

The cabin was the perfect home away from home. Well thought out place and supplied with everything we needed. Buy a few groceries to prepare in the beautiful kitchen and you dont need to leave once you get there. Nice and quiet, fairly secluded, surrounded by trees and creeks to walk to and enjoy nature. Returning to the house for the spa like shower, sauna and soaker tub made our stay most relaxing. Natasha was great to communicate with and super helpful with anything we needed to know ahead of time. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to relax and stay away from the city. Very cozy and clean, comfortable mattress and it has all you need to cook. The cottage is spacious surrounded by trees and extremely beautiful in the morning with the sun hitting the trees with the fall colours. Take a time to have a coffee in front of the river. Anthony and Michael answered all my questions really quickly. Furnace falls is minutes away and I highly recommend a visit there. I would love to stay there again.

beautiful cabin, super cozy! in the day we walked around the forest, waded in the river, swam in the nearby lakes and beaches, and at night we made a fire and gazed up at the stars, just such a lovely time. the hosts are extremely responsive and recommended great things to do :))

Leonard’s cottages were a great place for a weekend getaway. The grounds were very well maintained and clean. The entire space was extremely family friendly. Leonard was a welcoming and effective host. The cottages are on a beautiful lake with access to fishing, swimming and canoeing. The cottages were well equipped for cooking. Excellent stay!

Nicole and Mike’s cabin was perfect for our trip. It is a bit small but there was enough space for the 2 of us and had everything we needed. Communication was great, super easy check in! The lake is absolutely beautiful. The location itself was close enough to all of the attractions, shops and restaurants we wanted to see, all within a 30 min drive. The cabin is older and a couple things could use a deep clean but besides that it was an amazing stay. We would love to come back😊

Jaime's place was awesome. Exactly what I was looking for in a cottage experience close to Algonquin. I spent a few days hiking in Algonquin and several days at the Cottage. The kayak available at the cottage was a wonderful way to explore Raven Lake. The view from the dock was amazing and very relaxing. Jaime was a wonderful communicator with my many questions and quick to respond. Easy check in. The place was very clean, and the kitchen had everything you need. I enjoyed the fact it was well off the main highway and very remote and peaceful. I would recommend Jaime's place and hope to return.

We had a lovely stay at the cabin. Everything was as described. Very quiet setting to disconnect. Great communication from the hosts. Wouldn't hesitate to come back!
