Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Das lichtdurchflutete Kellerstöckl liegt an einem sonnigen, ruhigen Weinhang im steirischen Vulkanland. Die Thermenstadt Bad Radkersburg ist nur 12 km entfernt. Der ursprüngliche Teil des Kellerstöckls ist aus Stein gebaut und weit über 100 Jahre alt und wurde durch einen modernen Zubau aus Holz und Glas ergänzt, wodurch sich eine perfekte Symbiose aus Urigkeit und Moderne ergibt. Auch die außergewöhnlich schöne Aussicht über die Weinberge bis in unser Nachbarland Slowenien überzeugt.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre und ist 76m2 groß, sie verfügt über einen geräumigen Flur mit Garderobenschrank und schönes Wohn-/ Esszimmer mit vollausgestatteter Küche und zwei getrennt begehbaren Schlafzimmern( eines mit Doppelbett, eines mit zwei getrennten Betten). Das Bad mit Fenster verfügt über eine Badewanne und Dusche (Toilette separat). Wunderschöner Garten mit Sonnenliegen und Kinderspielplatz. Das Apartment ist optimal für Selbstversorger und längere Aufenthalte.

We're welcoming you to Cozy Yak, our cozy mountain cottage with a breathtaking view of all the valley. It's just been renewed it and it's our family's regular getaway spot. It has a wonderful living area, two balconies, two bedrooms, one of which is a sleeping loft, you'll fall in love with. House is surrounded by a big garden (800m2) with lots of grass, trees and berry bushes. It's just 15 min drive from wonderful Velenje lake and beach, so you won't miss a second of fun either.
