This was such a beautiful place to stay for our short trip to Hakodate! We really feel that everything that this place provided us with was well worth the value. It was located in an incredibly beautiful location, and it was easy to explore the surrounding area. The host provided lovely recommendations as well! It was such a spacious accommodation and the futon and blankets were comfortable—we slept well! Thank you for being a great home base for our travels. :)

We truly enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect, not far from main station. Building has elevator so it was easy to get in. View from the flat was also stunning! In our opinion worth staying in when you are visiting Hakodate.

We loved staying here. Yabunaka is a fantastic host and was very kind and welcoming. We were even left some treats as we checked in, which were very nice after a long day of travel. The home is spacious and easy to find. The surrounding area is very walkable and the home is just around the corner from a tram stop. If we ever find ourselves back in Hakodate, we will be staying here again!

The place was great, it may not close to the station, but you can take the tram to here. Also, if you drive, they have free parking for you which is very helpful. There is one 7-11 closeby, and many great restaurant as well (such as lucky pierrot). The place also walkable distance to ropeway station, though you need to go up the hill.

Host was great! Friendly and responsive. Apartment was clean and exactly as advertised. It had everything I needed for a longer stay, it was also quiet and warm. A car is recommended for more mobility as the closest convenience store is a 20 minute walk but it's extremely close to the airport. Highly recommend!

Easily walkable from the local tram. Just 2 mins walk. Right by a huge convenience store. Good bathroom with deep tub. Heater works well, very clean and easy to get to. Elevator is nice. Just a few tram stops away from the major Jr station. English communication and easy check in instructions.

When you come to Hakodate, I think there are two main spots. Towards Goryokaku, towards Beier. I think it's the best place to stay when visiting the Beier and Hakodate Observatory. You can walk to Gotogen, Hasegawa Store, Lucky Pierrot, Azumaya, etc., and it's very close to the tram, so it's easy to get to the morning market and Gourmet Caku. I highly recommend it. I'll go again.

The room is tidy and cozy. Fully equipped and very cozy. The location is within walking distance to the station, attractions and restaurants. Convenience Store just downstairs. The Host provided us with warm service. We had a great trip here.

What a fantastic place! What a fun neighborhood! We had an incredible time here. Very convenient location for getting around - it's right next to some of the big draws (like Goryokaku), as well as a tram stop and some key bus stops. Don't miss Ohana, right across the street - maybe my favorite restaurant in Hakodate!

It was a pleasant stay. It rained a lot, but there were no bugs, and it was better because it had an atmosphere. They put up a big tent because it was raining, so there was no problem eating the BBQ.

Yukiko’s home is in a great location close to Hakodate and a nice base for exploring Onuma Park. The home is beautiful and well stocked with everything you would want for a family vacation. We hope to return again.

I used it with my family of 3 and 1 dog.Just before Golden Week It was helpful that I could stay with my dog. The interior was spacious and comfortable. It was within walking distance, and Hakodate Park was also there, and I was lucky that the cherry blossoms were in full bloom.Thank you very much.
