Cosy little appartment with parking place

The cosy little appartment ist located only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

Attention for families with small children: No child safety locks on outlets! The playground and pool in the garden are private. The apartment has a small garden area that is demarcated. Playgrounds are in the immediate vicinity and an outdoor swimming pool is about 2 minutes' walk away.

Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof" that was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly furnished in mid-2016, is about 90 square meters, fully furnished and covers two floors. It is actually quietly located in the village of Erzingen, which belongs to Balingen, and with very good connections to the B27.

Lovely place to stay We were here with four adults and three children and we all felt super comfortable. The apartment is tiptop clean, extensively and stylishly equipped and furnished and the hostess is very attentive and just wants you to feel comfortable. A special highlight for our children were the many toys on site. Thanks for the wonderful time at your place

We had a really nice long weekend here. The private sauna and the roof terrace were really the highlight – totally relaxed and just to feel good. The area is super nice and quiet, perfect for switching off. Even with a child, everything worked out great. The contact was totally pleasant, fast and uncomplicated. Everything was clean and exactly as described. We felt really comfortable and would be happy to come back!

I was on the Neckartal bike path and was looking for a place to stay at short notice. Daniel was immediately available. The booking was confirmed in no time and I was able to move into my accommodation immediately. Very accommodating and helpful. All possibilities were offered to me to carry out minor maintenance work on my bike. For the night, the garage was kept free for me to park my bike safely and dry. The place was very clean and tidy. You felt very comfortable right from the beginning. This place is definitely recommended.
