From the moment I booked, Brian provided meticulous guidance through a chat group, including detailed instructions, videos, and local tips. This thoughtful preparation made me feel comfortable and familiar with the property even before I arrived. The peaceful, conveniently located apartment exceeded my expectations. It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully stocked with essentials. Brian's superhost skills shone through in his instant assistance, whether it was providing a poncho during heavy rain or helping me find an electric shop for a universal converter. He even assisted with translating food ingredients when Google Translate wasn't enough! The daily cleaning, elevator, and laundry facilities added to the comfort and convenience. The property's location was perfect, surrounded by useful businesses and leisure spots, including grocery stores, coffee shops, bakeries, and more. Brian's kindness, and availability made my stay truly special.

We were able to leave our luggage at the reception before the official check-in time. The apartment was very spacious and large, the kitchen was well appointed and the bathroom clean. The location was perfect and easily accessible on foot for all the sights. If I am back in Hanoi I will book here again.

My family of 7 enjoyed the stay at this lovely and immaculate condo. The host is friendly and very responsive to my messages. They helped us with finding taxis to get around and gave us lots of helpful hints about the local area. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who’s looking to explore Hanoi old quarter.

The airbnb was great. The location was in a quiet area with many different shops and cafes but the city center was in walkable distance. The apartment was big, clean and very modern - definitely worth the money! The security men were adorable and made us feel super welcome. I have tiny criticism for the cleaning though, as our towels were dirty and not changed properly. The wifi was alright but slow sometimes. But overall it was a remarkable airbnb and I would definitely come back again!

The place was very spacious and was in a quiet neighborhood. There was tons of food options and coffee shops everywhere. The host was kind and supportive.

Thanks Joy and Hannah, Hannah made check in a breeze and checked after a few days that all was OK. Condo is really comfortable and felt like home immediately. It is located in a local area so away from the usual tourist things, but only a 7 minute Uber away if you want to visit. The swimming pool is very pricey and not great - but Joy & Hannah have no control over that, everything else was GREAT. You will have a great holiday if you stay here., I did.

It is perfect for discovering Hanoi, especially the old town but not exactly in the hustle and bustle. There is plenty of space, authentic and very comfortable! Especially the beds were ultra comfortable, thanks!

I appreciated the neighborhood and the ability to go through day to day life without the pressure of tourist based businesses around me. Old quarter is a comfortable walk up the road if you want that experience, maybe ten minutes to the south side of lake Hoàn Kiếm.

Thanks to Minh and Nga for hosting us. We had a little accident during our stay (not the Host's fault), and even at midnight they were very active and quick to respond to help resolve it. The house is located in a residential area, about a 15-minute walk from the old town attractions and restaurants, and cleaning is arranged before check-in, and the facility status is as pictured. The only slight flaw is that the house is always deep in the alley, and you have to go through a pile of cockroaches when you go back at night (there are no cockroaches in the house).However, at this price, there is no complaint.

Lovely place. The staff at the building were all very nice and considerate. I'd choose this place over newer apartments without room service and concierge service any day. The serenity is also hard to find in Hanoi.

TPlace’s location is ideal walking distance to the French Quarter and Old Quarter, with 24/7 security and basic amenities (fridge, TV, washer). The apartment was tastefully furnished and clean, though I expected a more upscale space based on the photos. It mentions that the apartment is next to the Ritz-Carlton indicating that the hotel exists but there was no Ritz-Carlton, at least at the point of my 9-day stay. Small drawbacks kept it from perfect (e.g., street noises all day/night, small, better bedsheets as mine was terribly used, hand towels, no Netflix subscription to English movies, small fixes). Otherwise, the apartment, although small, was ideal for me and my partner as we each got our own rooms.

Place was exactly as described. Huyen was a great host, very responsive, and helpful. Allowed me to check in a little early than the original check in time. She let me leave my luggage at her personal unit in T2 so I can walk around the mall without any hassle. She had my luggage sent to the unit and it was there when I checked in. The unit was new, spacious, clean, and the interior design was luxurious. Smells good, too! Provision of laundry pole in the balcony, spoon, and hand soap for the bathroom sink or kitchen sink would be appreciated. I saw a couple baby roaches around but maybe bec other units in the building can be kind of old. All appliances were working well. Basic amenities were included. I already booked her place again for my trip next month. Overall, I had a lovely stay! Highly recommended!

This is one of the best Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in! The neighborhood is quite in comparison with the old quarter. The apartment is really beautiful and feels like home. Also the host is very lovely and proactive. I give it a 10/10!!!

i had to transact on airbnb becos Booking failed. but in the process of the admin mayhem, Chau was extremely helpful and super patient. she called Booking for me and demonstrated so much honesty and to make things as easy as possible for me. The apartment was great, only tht we booked with the expectation of a washing machine. perhaps Booking didn separate the photos for diff rooms. but it’s okay. Chau is a great host and she’s very helpful. the apartment has also pretty much everything else you need. and amidst the chilly weather, the heater in the toilet was super. it’s overall a very comfy place. oh, and the balcony is great too!
