Vacation rentals with a patio in Hai Bà Trưng District

Third time stay and I love every single bit of the experience!

Aanh was very communicative and quick to resolve the issues we encountered upon arrival. The place is comfortable, with two cozy double beds, and overall, it feels like good value for the price. It's conveniently located—there's a Circle K and a nice park nearby, as well as plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. However, the Wi-Fi was not stable, so I wouldn’t recommend this place if you work remotely. Also, for longer stays, it's worth noting that the washing machine is shared with the entire building. We learned this is quite common in Hanoi Airbnbs, but it's still something to be aware of.

Mr. Hieu's family homestay is right on the street, right in the heart of Hai Ba Trung District on foot or Grab to tourist attractions (Hoan Kiem Lake, Old Town,...). The host was very quick and helpful to respond to messages, he also suggested eateries near the homestay for his family to try. In addition, you also facilitate your family's early check-in, if the availability allows. The checkin is very easy and convenient with smart lock code and automatic rolling door. The staircase going up is a bit small but makes up for the space inside the room which is very clean, comfortable and comfortable; suitable for family or group of friends. My family is very satisfied when staying at Mr. Hieu's homestay. The homestay owner is very enthusiastic, hospitable and responds politely, quickly when we need more information. If anyone coming to Hanoi needs to rest, stay, can consider choosing Mr. Hieu homestay for a great experience.

I often tie up in Time City, and it was a more perfect accommodation than anywhere else.♡ It's clean, the beds are comfortable, and the location is the best. I'm satisfied that it's the same room condition as the picture. We will definitely be going back ^ ^!!

The Homestay is located in a peaceful, modern neighbourhood, in a clean high-rise building. It is not far from the centre of the city, and there is a big shopping mall in the area. Lots of convenience stores, restaurants and other services are available. The apartment is clean and it is a real homestay, where many guests stay long-term. My room had a private bathroom, but there are also rooms with a shared one. The kitchen is shared and there is a large common space to share. The host is kind and very proactive. He quickly responds to messages and conveys everything clearly, in good English. The room was clean, and the kitchen was equipped with the basic devices, including a big refrigerator. AC works perfectly and there is a great view of the city from large windows. I strongly recommend this homestay and Anh as a host, and I would happily stay there again, if I visit Hanoi in the future.

Accommodated us very well and great location for a good price

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It’s a great option for a group of friends or family looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay together. With each bedroom on a different floor, there's plenty of privacy, and every room is well-equipped with strong air conditioning, hot showers, comfy beds, and even a desk if you need to get some work done. The hosts were so helpful and responsive - always ready to assist with anything we needed, which made the stay even smoother. The location is also very convenient, just a short Grab ride to the Old Quarter. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Hanoi!

Beautiful place, great host, we couldn’t ask for more !

The place is great. Jenn is a very great host and very helpful. She is fast providing response and also assisting us while staying there. The location of this is very great. It is quiet and there are lots of great food downstairs within walking distance. There is also many marts and a mega shopping mall just within 3 mins walk. The location is easy to find and there is a bus station nearby, which the buses goes to those attractions area easily. We are able to access to old quarters, French Quarter and other location easily via the buses eventhough the location is a bit further away. The unit is comfortable with all amenities is available. We really enjoy our stay here. The best thing is that there are many local Vietnamese restaurants nearby which served great Vietnamese foods with cheap price and delicious.

It's a well located area to get to shopping malls, coffee shops, eatery places, convenience stores, pharmacy and much more. We have never come to Hanoi before and to show up to a location with a lot of services close by is amazing. Everything Tran mentioned the place offers is exactly the description. Host is responsive and as we are trekking with nothing concrete on schedule we had to check out and recheck in to other suite she had, but she made it less stressful for us. If you don't need to be near downtown central areas and wanting a more modern place this will be the place to come to.

I came to study abroad in Hanoi, so I only stayed for a month. When I first checked in, the refrigerator and microwave didn't work and weren't very tidy, but when I contacted the host, they fixed it quickly. After that, you were quick to support us when we had a problem or need something. What I loved about this place is that the surroundings and infrastructure are very good. It was really nice to be close to various restaurants, trails, cafes, and Vincom Mega Mall, and it was safe to take a walk until late. It was also close to major tourist attractions in Hanoi such as Hoan Kiem. Thank you for the good memories in Hanoi, and I hope I have the opportunity to visit again next time.
