Wir haben ein kleines aber feines Appartement in einer sehr ruhigen Einheimischen Wohngegend von Oberndorf neu renoviert, und für euch hübsch und praktisch eingerichtet. Ideale Lage zum Schi fahren und Wandern. Das Schigebiet St.Johann, Kitzbühel ist schnell erreichbar. Durch den Separaten Eingang seit ihr vollkommen unabhängig. Auch ein Parkplatz sowie W-lan ist vorhanden. Ideal für 2 Personen mit 1 Schlafzimmer und für 4.Pers. gibt es zusätzlich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnküche

Dazu ein Flachbildschirm Fernsehgerät und für Ihre Getränke ein kleiner Kühlschrank sowie Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toast, alles bereit für ein gelungenes Frühstück. Die Lage ist im Zentrum von Kitzbühel, man braucht kein Auto um Restaurants, Nachtlokale oder die Skilifte zu Fuß zu erreichen. WLAN frei, Nichtraucher, keine Haustiere.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, hat ca. 45m und besteht aus, Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Duschbadewanne, Abstellraum, Garderobe, 2 Balkone. Sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit Lehm verputzt, dies führt zu einem angenehmen Raumklima. Die Wohnung wurde 2008 komplett neu errichtet und hat Fussbodenheizung. Passend für 2 Personen, eventuell 3, 3. Bett ist eine Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich.

We really enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave! Perfect for us as 4 adults (2 couples). Both bedrooms had large beds + en suite. Shared space was a perfect size. Log fire was cosy, dishwasher made our stay easy and sauna was a treat. Easy 15-20 mins walk to centre and helpful locker storage at bottom of gondala for our skis. 100% would recommend and hope to stay again. Laura was incredibly accommodating - thank you !

Beautiful place within walking distance to the ski area. The apartment is actually bigger and nicer than the pictures show, great house!

Magnifique condo neuf, cuisine, douche en céramique intégrale avec carré de pluie au plafond. Tout est disponible pour cuisiner et les articles sont de bonne qualité. Le lit est extrêmement confortable. Doris est une personne extrêmement serviable, à l'écoute, disponible et vous fait immédiatement sentir les bienvenus. L'immeuble est à une rue du centre-ville historique piéton de Kitzbühel. L'épicerie est à un coin de rue. Je vous recommande de louer un Locker à ski dans le bâtiment où il y a la gondole. L'immeuble est un petit peu trop loin de la gondole pour marcher avec les bottes de ski et les ski. L'immeuble est à 10 minutes de marche de la gondole et il y a une côte et des escaliers. J'ai adoré Doris Nest et le recommande fortement. Je reviendrai c'est certain

Die Ferienwohnung von Barbara hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Der Freisitz mit der Sofaecke läd zu entspannten und langen Abenden ein. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Auch Barbara und ihr Mann waren im persönlichen Kontakt sehr freundlich.

Die beiden Nächte, im Anschluss an unseren Italienurlaub, haben unfassbar viel Ruhe gebracht. Ein absolut entspannter, hilfsbereiter und super lieber Gastgeber, der uns ganz viele Sorgen nehmen konnte und wir zuletzt einfach genießen konnten, sogar der Hund hat sich entspannt, wie noch nie in einer fremden Umgebung :) ganz klar - wir kommen wieder! Von Herzen danke, für die kurze, aber entschleunigende Auszeit!

Nina’s apartment was absolutely fantastic! The style, decor, quality of fixtures, appliances and bedding (really, everything!) exceeded my expectations. The location is less than a 5 min walk from the main train station and just a 10 minute walk to the city center. Easy and flexible check in. Really a special place!
