What a treasure this place is. It's not just beautiful, peaceful and extremely homely - it's loved, full of stories and life. Shane is a perfect host - kind, responsive and dedicated to providing a lovely space. Even better is that he built it himself - so every little part has a purpose and a story. He knows each tree in the garden. There are peacocks, hares, deer and birdsong. Some places are meant to make people smile :-)

This was such a peaceful place to stay for a long weekend! The lodge is spacious with a well equipped kitchen, comfy seating area and large veranda. As it's the end of the run it felt private and the view of trees and sound of birdsong was very relaxing. Just what we needed!

A truly wonderful bnb right in the centre of Stratford, great for visiting the town and sights. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Sarah was a fantastic host, accommodating an early check in and providing really useful and clear instructions for accessing the bnb. A great stay and will definitely be returning.

Absolutely wonderful location, with charming accommodation. The wood fired hot tub and natural swimming pool were idyllic. Olivia and Barney were lovely hosts, making us feel very welcome. Will definitely return!

We had a lovely night's stay in Alison's annex whilst exploring the Cotswolds/Stratford for the weekend. Beautiful surroundings, great food at The Bell pub in the village, and great location just 10 mins south of Stratford. Everything you could need was provided and was perfectly clean. Thanks again!

Lovely place to stay in the centre of Polesworth.

Ally & Simon are incredibly great & helpful hosts. Their accommodation is absolutely spot on, clean & modern. Beautiful garden and the whole house. Definitely recommend staying there, very close to the town centre, great location. Parking spot in front of the house. We will be definitely coming back. Thank you for having us & the support on marathon. Definitely people that they care about their guests & their place.

We were attending a Utility Warehouse conference weekend at the Telford International Centre so location and sleeping arrangements were high on our priorities. Sarah and the property were a perfect match. Sarah was so supportive from booking through to departure, everything you could possibly need was in the property including a guest pack for local information. Parking right outside the front door, so not far to carry luggage. The property is so bright and airy, the view from the kitchen area onto the very large back garden is beautiful straight from first light in the morning. Any questions I had were answered promptly. I would highly recommend this property, I would also have no hesitation on rebooking when we return next year.

Sara provides a beautiful lodge which is filled with quality home from home provisions, is beautifully decorated, was extremely clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay in the lodge and would highly recommend it.
