Great location, very peaceful, well described (match 100%), easy to check in, very friendly owner and quick answers! Recommended for amazing vacation!

We had a great two weeks staying at Barbara’s place. We walked to the beach and high rise area several times even though we did have a rental car. We enjoyed the privacy of the pool and the quietness of the neighborhood. We will definitely consider staying there again in the future. We weren’t used to the early sunrise nor the lights shining through the shades so we hung towels over the blinds at night for extra darkness. That also helped the air conditioner keep the unit cool. That was our personal preference so others might find the provided blinds adequate. We love Aruba and hope to be back!

Very cute & quaint place with working air conditioning & wifi. The front porch was our favorite place...feeling secluded & peaceful with the many plants; the outdoor shower was also our favorite (it felt like we were showering in the jungle). The location was somewhat remote in a very affluent neighborhood. It's located in a very beautiful area, newly development area (Esmeralda)...there was no street signs..."89Cozy" was the sign of the home...no stores within walking distance. We didn't have a rental car, so we walked (easy walk) about 30 min each way out to the main road for either a bus ride or to flag down a taxi; & then it's about $15 for a 10-min taxi ride to the main strip. If we came back to Aruba, we'd rent a car & stay here again.

This rental is a 10/10. We spent half the trip in a high end hotel and the other half in this rental. Hands down the best part of our trip was staying at this rental. It is the perfect spot for two people or a couple. Its location is walking distance to the best snorkeling spot on the island and a beautiful beach. It is in a very safe neighborhood and in the perfect location. The rental was clean, comfortable, and had everything you needed! The bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing. We also loved eating outside on the patio. We will be back soon and would recommend this spot to anyone visiting Aruba.
