Jack and Mandy are great hosts. They answered all of our inquiries in a timely manner. Location was perfect for us as it was very close to our friends and relatives. A perfect location for all restaurants and markets in the Alhambra and Monterey Park area. Highly recommended for a convenient and pleasurable stay in the area.

Thank for allowing us to stay in your home during the Christmas season everything was accurate we felt comfortable we felt safe the rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean, the kitchen was clean. Jose was a responsive, friendly host. Ours was a last minute rental and he was very flexible and helpful. The house was p perfect layout for 6 adults and 4 children. Exceptionally clean,& welcoming . I would recommend this rental without hesitation!

Place was beautiful. And exactly like the pictures. Alexis was very accommodating and responsive. The absolute only slightly negative thing was the bathtubs looked soooooo nice in the pics but in our opinion the water was not hot enough to take an enjoyable bath. But the showers were amazing. The pool was a fantastic temperature even tho it was kinda chilly and the windy outside. I would absolutely recommend this place for friends and family.

This house is a real stunner, with beautiful furnishings, great art and books, a great kitchen, plenty of seating for a large group and a fantastic location (near the Hollywood sign). It is both elegant and homey at the same time. We were a large group for the holidays and everyone was comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone, and no one wanted to leave this special house.

We had a great time at Naomi's place, plenty of space for all eight of us and beds were very comfortable. Host was quick to respond to my questions, I missed the WiFi login informtion but she quickly told me where to find it. And everything in the home was just as it looked online. From check in to check out it was a great experience.

House was super clean and well maintained! It was a gorgeous house my family and I had a blast in the pool and spa. Game room was fun. Hosts were super helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here to all my friends and family and would definitely stay again myself. Thank you for having my family and I as guests!!

The pictures doesn’t do this place justice. It’s beautiful and spacious. My family enjoyed our stay here. I already have plans to come back and stay here again. Heated pool…oh my ! Host was great … 10 out of 10 for sure .

Place did the trick for what my family needed. Host was very responsive when we needed something. Very nice having laundry in unit with supplies available.

Fantastic property with lots of privacy and beautiful gardens and pool area. We enjoyed the space and location to the parks and activities was central. We plan to rent this property again in the future.

Very quiet neighborhood and great mountain view. The room is private and clean. The host is kind and responsive. The only thing is that the mattress and pillows are tooooo soft. Other than that, it’s perfect.

The house was super clean and very beautiful, obviously fully renovated. The host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The location was great. Beautiful pool, only wish the weather had been warmer!

Christine went beyond my expectations by treating me like family. Super friendly and the accommodations were clean, quiet and comfortable. The extras were top notch. Blow dryer, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, soaps, bottles of water, snacks, and even bowls of ramen. The room not only has a private bathroom but it has a mini fridge and a microwave. I’d give her and the room an A+. Excellent!!

Mia’s place is super cute. I love the view you can get while taking a coffee. Mia is also such a kind and helpful person. I had a great time there.
