The Workshop - for explorers! Coast & Countryside

The Workshop is a self contained unique studio style conversion. Set in the countryside in a small rural village close to the sea & moors. Paddle on the river, walk to the beach or local pubs. It is a converted workshop of an old Plant Nurseries, which is now our home. It has a private entrance, parking, kitchenette, shower room, bedroom & lounge space. You will also have access to 2.5 acres of private meadow and woodland which is home to an abundance of wildlife such as deer, badgers & owls.

Idyllic Luxury Thatched Cottage on Devon Farm

Fox Cottage is a little gem in South Devon. Beautifully refurbished, the 18th century thatched building is ideal for a relaxing break or for a longer stay. The Farm has rare-breed sheep, goats and chickens as well as heritage cider orchards and a 17th Century Cider House. From time-to-time produce can be bought during your stay. Tucketts is a peaceful regenerative farm and a wildlife haven. It's just a short walk over fields or through woodland to the Farm's shingle beach on the Teign estuary.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Close to Torbay, and Dartmoor National Park, by car 15 minutes to Torquay, 20 minutes to Exeter and 30 minutes to Dartmouth. 2 hours 30 minutes to London by train. Coombe Cellars bar and restaurant is 250m along the foreshore. Templer way footpath passes the front of the property. (Haytor to Teignmouth)

The Old Piggery is a self catered cottage all on the ground floor. Open plan kitchen, living, diner area with Freeview TV, dining table and 4ft sofa bed. The Kitchen area has gas oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge (with ice box) and washing machine. The double bedroom has Freeview TV and is en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. Underfloor central heating, gas, electricity and Wi-Fi included. Patio area with garden furniture shared with one other property, and Private parking for 2 cars.

Only a few minutes walk, through the dreamy woodland, to Watcombe beach, situated in a cove. Which is also part of the South West Coastal Path, meaning you can enjoy a walk along the endless coastline.

Our bespoke and lovingly constructed shepherd's hut is close to Newton Abbot, the beautiful village of Shaldon and the coast. Only 1.7 miles from the railway station. The hut consists of an elevated double bed, sink, fridge with a small freezer compartment and cooking facilities, with separate toilet and shower. You can relax with a book inside, or light the fire pit/ BBQ outside and enjoy some quiet space to yourself whist gazing at the stars.

It is within a stones throw of the train and bus stations and walking distance to the local market town.
