Das Hausboot selbst ist ein Traum und supergut gelegen, wenn man einerseits die Schönheit und Ruhe des Landes, Schäfchen und grüne Wiesen vor der Haustür liebt aber andererseits auch gern mal an den Strand oder in die Städte fährt. Die Bahn ist schnell erreicht und das ist bei der Parkplatzsituation in Amsterdam ein großes Plus. Leonora und Erwin waren leicht zu erreichen und immer für uns da, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Supersympathische Gastgeber! Vielen Dank, ihr Lieben!

We thoroughly enjoyed a long weekend aboard Johan's houseboat, in a great location in the Jordaan! It was an experience simply not available in a hotel or B&B. We drank morning coffee and late afternoon cocktails on the deck whle soaking up the few remaining days of late summer sun. It was ideally located close to neighborhood restaurants, shops, and even weekend organic food and flea market, and a short walk to tourist attractions in the old city center. If not up for a longer walk along the canal to the museum quarter and beyond, a public transportation options were always available nearby. Communication prior to arrival and during our stay was proactive and prompt. The inside of the houseboat was even more spacious than we anticipated, and the beds were comfortable. We'll definitely opt for a stay here during our next visit to Amsterdam!

I cannot recommend this boat enough. I wish I was back there right now! What a lovely surprise that it's even better than the photos. Extremely clean, excellent finish, very unique and an overall beautiful space. Location is lovely, a short walk to everything and easy tram access if you don't feel like walking. Leaving the best till last... Sietske is a wonderful and kind host. She couldn't do enough for us and made us feel extremely welcome. Thank you so much for helping make a big birthday even more special!!

Lovely home Perfect neighborhood to stay if touring Amsterdam Host extremely responsive to any of our needs

We absolutely loved our stay at Anouk’s place. It was extremely comfortable for 4 people and had a wonderful living space that felt comfortable and homely. We loved having access to the bikes and despite having inclement weather it was an easy ride to the wonderful Zaanse Schans and the old windmills. Quintessential Amsterdam! The jewel on the crown was when the rain finally stopped, we were able to experience the stunning canal view from the moored boat at the back. Unfortunately the weather hadn’t permitted us to use the boat to explore the other canals but it is definitely something we would love to do on a future visit. Anouk was fabulous at communicating and left comprehensive information for us to make the most of the area. We loved dining at her favourite restaurant and probably made our mark as we were leaving! (Another story!) Ha! We definitely caught the spirit of the place! Could not recommend this highly enough. Thanks for a fabulous stay 🙏🏽❤️

We had a great stat at Karina’s boat house. It is probably one of the more unique locations we’ve stayed at. From the Central traine station you jump on the free ferry across the channel and then walk for about 5 mins to get to the boathouse. There are bars and restaurants close to the hose. On the same street as the boathouse is the ONS restaurant/bar which is really worth a stop. The boathouse is small but it has a small kitchenette and a roomy bathroom. There is a terrace right outside the door that rests on the water. Beautiful place to have a morning coffee or an apperitif in the evening. The sleeping arrangements were fun and definately something new for us. Somewhat nostalgic as you climb a ladder to get up to the bunkbed like mezzanine bed. Felt like a kid again! The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away from the hussle and bussle of downtown Amsterdam. Yet it only takes a quick walk and a 4 mins ferry ride to be right in the middle of everything. Highly recommend!

Great space, great host! Hadewych was so responsive and helpful. I just loved the charm of the boat, it was a really neat experience! The bed was SO comfortable, I slept wonderfully. I do wish the couch was more comfortable though, was not conducive to getting comfy after a long day out exploring. It is an older boat so smells a bit musty and a few cobwebs in the chandelier, but you are able to open the windows and get the fresh air in which is very nice. Kitchen was well equipped, just didn't have a freezer which I wanted to store ice and ice cream etc. Had a problem with the pump but Hadewych was quick to remedy the situation. The location was superb - there was a fantastic grocery right around the corner (the produce is delicious!!), a lot of restaurants, cafes, etc. Overall a really great experience that I will cherish!

Fantastic place. So many cosy cubby holes and straight onto a floating pontoon with swans and ducks floating by. Easy walk to the free(!) ferry across the river to the centre of Amsterdam.

We were so lucky to be able to stay in such a beautiful place! The beds were comfy, the surroundings were peaceful and beautiful... it was a lovely escape from the busy, city-center. We LOVED the use of the kitchen and the deck just off the kitchen. Hein was so good to have bikes available for us. There is little available directly near the home but a 10 minute bike ride along the lovely road and over the bridge gets you to all you could want. We were sad to leave our Amsterdam home and will hope Hein's home is available when we return.

Wir hatten ein wunderbares Wochenende bei Justin. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und alles war sehr sauber. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man gut Ausflüge nach Leiden, Den Haag oder ans Meer machen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr privat und ruhig. Justin hat immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet und war flexibel bei Check-In und Check-Out Zeiten. Ich werde die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen! 😊

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Natur überall, sehr ruhig, Bademöglichkeit und insbesondere für Fahrradtouren ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Restaurants und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Fern’s houseboat was AMAZING! Hands down my favorite Airbnb ever. Interior was beautiful and well kept. Location was close to so many shops, restaurants and the tram. Fern was very helpful and always responsive. Pepper was easily my favorite part of the stay though 😊 🐈‍⬛ ❤️

船屋小而精美！复古的装修风格非常温馨，在六月这个气候变幻莫测的阿姆回到家后的温暖扑面而来 地段还是比较方便的，公交车下来走5分钟基本就能到 其实整个民宿的核心体验里，最让人惊喜的就是Katarina在对待我们住宿的态度上，细心，清晰，那个细致的态度让我感觉得到像回到家一样！ 回到民宿本身的体验上，无疑是一场非常棒的体验，基本你觉得你需要的东西aft cabin都提供了，并且安排的井井有条。不夸张地说，借着K提供的摩卡壶我还是第一次学会如何使用😄 最后，我想说住这家船屋绝对让你不虚此行！

Petit bateau très sympathique pour un voyage de courte durée. Attention, un des 2 lits (celui à l'arrière du bateau) n'est pas très grand, vous risquez d'être à l'étroit si vous mesurez plus d'1m75. Les toilettes et douches sont communes et sur le ponton mais restent propres. Environnement calme avec supermarché et bus à quelques minutes de marche. L'hôte est réactif, disponible et arrangeant 👍.

Our stay at Claire’s place was nothing short of magical. The location is hard to beat in the heart of Jordaan, steps away from great Dutch cafes, every restaurant we ate at was within a ten minute walk, every one was fantastic. As well as minutes walk from transit. Somehow though being in the middle of everything, being on the water in this houseboat makes you feel like you’re in your own private oasis. Claire has great taste, her home is designed impeccably, with one of the major highlights being the record player, listening to classics like the Beatles, Bowie, The Doors while sitting on the back porch taking in the incredible view of the canal. Bonus was the most efficient washer dryer I used during my 3 week stay in Europe and the large dishwasher. Had we stayed longer, we would have cooked, there was a fully stocked Chefs kitchen. Thanks for the perfect end to our adventure!

Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern (11 + 13 Jahr) für ein verlängertes Wochenende auf dem Hausboot. Es war wirklich ein großer Spaß! Besonders für die zwei Teenager. Das Hausboot ist neu, sauber und mit dem kleinen Beiboot (Tender) die Gegend zu erkunden war für alle ein tolles Erlebnis. Zu empfehlen ist allerdings ein Mückennetz für das Bett. Auch im Oktober ist es noch warm genug im Boot und der kleine Ofen (Pellet) reicht für diese Jahreszeit völlig aus. Der Preis ist in Ordnung, denn das Hausboot zu unterhalten, scheint mir doch recht aufwendig.

Location pour un week end en amoureux à la découverte d’Amsterdam . Magnifique logement , très bien situé , à 15 minute de la ville en question avec proximité de commerce et de ce qu’il faut . Correspond clairement aux photos avec superbe terrasse sur le bord de l’eau et même une cabine UV dans la douche !!! Erica est une super hôte qui explique tout correctement en amont , et qui donne les informations nécessaires pour faciliter le week end . Rien à redire et je garde cette adresse dans un coin de mes bonnes adresses pour un passage futur !! Si vous hesitez pas à, vous pouvez foncer les yeux fermés , vous ne serez pas déçu ! 🤩 5 étoiles et même plus si cela s’avérait possible ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Essa experiência, vou chamar de experiência porque é mais que uma casa flutuante, foi incrível, inclusive considero meu top 1 locaçoes no Airbnb, Frans e sua esposa sao incrivelmente gentis nos fazendo sentir em casa, a casa tem absolutamente TUDO que precisamos incluindo kit de primeiros socorros, Frans tbm nos disponibilizou 2 bicicletas que facilitou muito ir ao mercado e a estaçao de onibus, fomos muito bem recebidos e só não ficamos mais pois a casa não tinha data disponível 🥲, mas amamos, e estou ansiosa para voltar.

We absolutely loved our stay in Haarlem. Annamieke and family were wonderful hosts, really flexible around our late night check-in and perfectly open & hospitable. The place was clean, cosy, contemporary & very comfortable and the location couldn’t have been better; right in the water and just a short walk to the town & the train station. We loved it & would absolutely recommend it…can’t wait to stay again in the near future x

Kurzum: es war alles nach unserer Zufriedenheit! Die Unterkunft für zwei Personen reicht aus und es war supergemütlich dort zu wohnen. Der kleine Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein und man hat einen schönen Ausblick nach Haarlem. Praktisch ist der kleine Supermarkt um die Ecke, sodass man sich gut selbst verpflegen kann. Ich kann die Unterkunft allerbestens weiter empfehlen!!

Wir waren für ein langes Wochenende im Hausboot Nummer 6 und damit sehr zufrieden. Die wenigen Boote die tagsüber vorbeifahren stören nicht, ansonsten ist kein anderes Hausboot in direkter Blickrichtung und man ist wirklich autark von allem. Wir hatten kurz Probleme mit dem Backofen und der Toilette, auf unsere Nachrichten wurde schnell reagiert und es kam ein Techniker vorbei. Zum Saisonstart kann das schon mal passieren und es hat unserer Erholung keinen Abbruch getan. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful houseboat in a most beautiful and tranquil neighborhood! A very nice grocery store was a short, lovely walk away. Mandy was an extremely communicative and helpful host! Location was also 13 minutes from the airport. Definitely would like to stay here again if ever in the Amsterdam area!
