Beautiful familyhouse close to the beach, Haarlem and Amsterdam. Situated in a quiet neighborhood. The City Centre of Haarlem is 10 min walk. A great city with shops, restaurants and bars. Also only 25 min by bike to Zandvoort Beach. Ground floor: cozy living where you can relax, big open kitchen with is fully equipped and open doors to the sunny garden. There are 2 bedrooms, a modern bathroom with bath, separate shower. PS we have two cats. They are very gentle and are used to be around kids

Holiday paradise on the waterfront

Lovely family home, fully equipped and close to Haarlem, the beach and Amsterdam. The house is located on the water and has a special view of the small pleasure harbor and the Spaarne river and the meadows behind it. There is a swimming jetty in front of the door and there are various nature reserves, swimming spots, boat rental and catering establishments nearby. This is a holiday paradise in the picturesque Spaarndam, a village with a lot of history, including the oldest lock in Europe.

On the first floor you will find one bedroom (master) with balcony, kids room and a fully equipped bathroom and and a study. On 2nd floor is a another bedroom and washing room. Central location, with beach (and Circuit Zandvoort) within cycling distance. Station is a 10-minute walk away, within 20 minutes in Amsterdam.

Our house is a lovely spacious family home. Ideal for a family with (young) children. The spacious, bright and high spaces make our house a great place to explore Haarlem and the surrounding area. Haarlem is a cozy little town. With a wide range of cafes, restaurants, museums, theaters, shops and boutiques. Amsterdam, Schiphol, Zaanse Schans, Zandvoort, IJmuiden, the beach and dunes, are all very close.
